A wonderful menu with delicious dishes that can be individually adapted/added to. It's a concept that takes some getting used to, but afterward, it's a delicious meal. The food is truly excellent, with no fuss, and fresh, regional ingredients. The staff and owner are very friendly.

I went to this place last night with my boyfriend. What can I say? The food was delicious, the welcome was perfect, and the staff were incredibly kind. I highly recommend it to everyone, especially because it offers a wide variety of food with fresh, typical Apulian products.

Cena semplice ma piacevole .. , abbiamo cenato in due in questo localino senza pretese, ma davvero ben gestito. Atmosfera tranquilla, servizio cortese e piatti buoni. Conto onesto e giusto per quanto offerto. Consigliato per una serata rilassata e senza sorprese!

Excellent food, traditional dishes, and attentive service: definitely worth trying again. Everything was top-notch, from the kitchen to the staff. And the coffee served in a moka pot is priceless! UPDATE: We returned, as we promised after our first visit, and we can only reiterate the 5-star rating for everything... we tried different dishes: shank, ribs, bombette, pitule... everything was excellent! The service and friendliness were top-notch, we felt "at home." Our compliments, truly. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Siamo stati in questo locale (trovato tramite il B&B dove alloggiamo) ieri sera a cena e che dire.... tutto squisito! Fave e cicoria una delizia, paccheri al datterino giallo e speck favolosi eppoi una puccia ripiena da urlo! Personale gentilissimo e attento al cliente. Trovandosi nei paraggi è una meta da consigliare sicuramente.

02/07/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Sud Kitchen! Excellent and attentive service with an incredible, focused, menu. Definitely check this place out, just a short walk from main areas. We shared a classic orichetti, gnocchi and curry prawn raviolis. Everything was super flavorful and delicious.
28/06/2025: Very refined and delicious cuisine, prepared by a very approachable chef! We enjoyed everything from starter to dessert! The wines by the glass are also excellent! The value for money is unbeatable: we highly recommend it!

The food was amazing: the variety of products, the quality, and the sophistication...all delicious! Every bite was surprising. Nothing was ordinary. The room decor was sophisticated and refined. Andrea and his staff captured my daughter's party vision and made it a reality. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness was evident from the moment we entered. Overall, everyone was satisfied, especially my daughter, who had her birthday just as she had imagined it.
