But how good are Sergio and his very capable staff!! The place is very nice, with the possibility of being outdoors, and is easily accessible. The products are genuine and tasty and prepared with care. Le palate 31 should absolutely be tried!

Highly recommended! Absolutely worth choosing if you want authentic flavours, light but extremely tasty cuisine and a vast choice on the menu. Location with a welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. A few minutes walk from the historic center. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. The availability towards us was 360º, starting from strictly culinary advice up to tourist information. Thanks to all of you, we will definitely be back!
