Fantastic experience at Paco Wines, a splendid little place in the center of Alberobello. The quality of the wines and products was excellent, we had an aperitif with local products paired with two glasses that Francesco was able to suggest to us, perfectly matching our tastes. Francesco, in addition to being super professional and kind, transmits his love and passion for this job, making even a simple aperitif something unique!

Located in a quiet corner near Rione Aia Piccola, the Enoteca Regionale is a peaceful and classy place to enjoy the best wines of Puglia. We did a guided tasting of Primitivo, Negroamaro, and white Locorotondo, each paired with cheeses and local olive oil. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, even when it got busy. The space is elegant and calm – perfect for a break from walking. Tasting menus start at €15, and they also sell bottles to take home. Great way to learn more about local terroir.

When the work is done with professionalism, passion and dedication. Place in the center, a suggestive, cozy and typical place. The owner, who welcomed us with extreme kindness, made us feel at home, was very knowledgeable and provided us with the right suggestions, guiding us in the wise choice of wine and food, rigorously slow food and local excellence. Good value for money. We will definitely return and recommend it as an excellent reference on Alberobello!

WOW.. Entriamo con l'idea di un aperitivo prima di cena...ma alla fine a cena non ci andiamo!! Guidati dal proprietario (eccezionale sia per conoscenze che per professionalità) in un percorso a dir poco meraviglioso..abbiamo fatto un viaggio nei sapori locali Pugliesi in un paio d'ore! Francesco ha saputo abbinare i loro ottimi vini a prodotti locali di eccellenza.. La differenza dagli altri locali??? L'amore per la propria terra e per il proprio lavoro.. È stata una degustazione ricca di profumi e sapori, ma anche e soprattutto di racconti che hanno saputo racchiudere quelle sensazioni di casa che in ogni vacanza cerchi di trovare. Abbiamo concluso la nostra settimana Pugliese a regola d'arte !! Grazie !! Arrivederci .. speriamo il più presto possibile
