A place that I would strongly recommend to anyone who loves good wine.
The owner and the staff were very friendly, appearing knowledgeable, both in explaining the dishes and the wines, undoubtedly revealing passion and dedication for the work. Excellent price quality, the owner offers wines based on the "pockets" of the customers without any pretension or malice, despite the location being highly touristy. If I were to go to Alberobello again I would definitely go back.

Excellent products, excellent quality/price ratio, excellent wines.
A small pearl in the heart of Alberobello. The friendliness and friendliness of the owners is unparalleled. A great wine bar accompanied by tasty local selections of meat and cheese, and friendly stuff. Cozy atmosphere in a beautiful traditional trullo. Highly recommended!!

Ci siamo recati per fare un’apericena in questo locale davvero carino. Il proprietario una persona eccezionale, simpatico e molto preparato sui vini.
Consiglio le friselle con mix di salse, davvero squisite oltre che i formaggi che erano una prelibatezza.

Genuine hospitality at its best! We not only went there once…we went back two days later! Francesco, the owner, had a deep passion for his wines and selected some exquisite flavours for us to try. He took his time with everyone and loved to explain each of the wines that we tried. Great music played in the background- two superb afternoons!

A great place to spend a nice time testing very good wines. Paco, the owner - is a lovely person with excellent knowledge about wine. We bought some delicious bottles at a very good price. A place absolutely worth trying!

Just spent a wonderful few hours at Pacos with Franchesco and team. Atmosphere and knowledge of wines was great and tasted many wines. I highly recommend visiting this wine bar to get a taste of the best local wines and food. Small and quaint and you’ll be sure to make new friends there. Thank you.
