Located off the main drag this cozy spot is *the* place to get a light lunch.
You enter down some steps and are warmly welcomed. We were told about the menu and had any questions answered and more. We received some info about local wines and received an excellent pairing with our food selections.
Amazing staff, excellent food. 6 out of 5.

Best wine tasting of my life. I've done one in Tuscany. This was better! Paco is a great host and makes you feel very welcome and recommends amazing stuff. The straciatella toast was to die for, add well. You can't leave alberobello without trying his wines.

Paco wines is an experience to live! You go down the stairs, you hear the first notes of the excellent music chosen as the background, you sit on the sofas, relax and the magic begins! Excellent products chosen with care and expertise, even the bread is an experience in itself! Then there is Francesco who, with his kindness, makes you feel at home and knows how to guide you with excellent preparation in the discovery of local products like few others manage to do. In addition to having dinner there, we left with a bag full of delicacies because having eaten them for dinner wasn't enough for us!

great tasting experience. Francesco, aka François, passionately transmits his vision of each product, drunk or eaten. On the other hand, I would have liked more tomato on the bruschetta, cold meats cut a little less finely but that's a detail. An experience to do.

Francesco welcomed us with incredible kindness and made us feel at home straight away. He let us taste several wines and the wine we chose was excellent. Price quality beyond expectations. TRULY RECOMMENDED
