17/09/2025: UPDATE: I was contacted and, after several checks, they refunded me! I was truly pleased and surprised by the effectiveness of the customer service. ——————— Returns staff were inattentive and dishonest. I returned 5 items by registering online and obtaining the appropriate return card. After a few minutes, I checked my email and saw that the refund had only been issued for 3 items. I immediately went back to ask for an explanation, and the lady told me it was only for 3 items! If I had known, I would have kept them. Now I find myself having paid for 3 items that I no longer have. Very disappointed.
