By introducing ourselves with our "furry" and having informed the staff of the fact, we found a bowl of fresh water for him.
This alone might be enough but a warm and always non-intrusive welcome allowed us to fully enjoy the dishes ordered. Excellent food and absolutely in line, if not beyond, expectations.
I just feel like adding for all those who have had dealings with me: "Very good, continue to believe in your product. Thank you"

Le tapas ci sono piaciute veramente tantissimo , dalle patatas bravas millefoglie ai gamberi all’aglio. Crocchette di pata negra meravigliose!!! Abbiamo preso poi la paella marinara , devo dire cotta molto bene. Se devo fare un appunto, non ho trovato nel riso un sapore veramente di mare. Comunque nel complesso buona. La prossima volta proveremo quella mista, sperando sia ancora meglio. Consiglio assolutamente di prendere le tapas , forse anche cenare solo con quelle non è una cattiva idea !!!

Il servizio di prenotazione: si può fare sul sito attraverso what’s up ma essendo chiusi lunedì e martedì ho ricevuto conferma di prenotazione solo al mercoledì per il giovedì ( nel frattempo avevo necessariamente prenotato altri ristoranti in caso di risposta negativa)
Alcune varianti italiane nel menù rompono con la tradizione spagnola.
Per il resto buona e sperimenta e prezzi in linea con Milano!

I returned to this restaurant after having been there a couple of years ago. I always ate as well as before. I found prices around 30% more than before, which knocked this place off my list of good value restaurants. I found the booking methods more complicated than before, with a series of questions to answer that honestly had never happened to me (thousands of other places ask you the day and time, number of people, a name and at most the telephone number. There's no point in adding more in my opinion, at most if I have any needs I'll tell you). They refused me the desired time (1.30pm) because there was no availability, while half an hour earlier (1.00pm) yes (??), only to arrive there and during the whole lunch see the restaurant empty (only a customer besides us). When I asked why they refused us the desired time, I was told that they were full but they canceled everyone or they didn't show up (??). If it's true, I'll hazard a guess: maybe they were annoyed by the message after booking that says that if you book for a certain number of people, for each person who doesn't come the table will have to pay 10 euros. Another thing I've never heard of before, very bad to read, and which I would strongly recommend removing.
Will I go back? I don't know, it could be, but certainly not with the same desire that I went back this time. I am sorry

I was in Milan for a weekend and I had the opportunity to get to know Oveja Negra and taste its specialties and the super hospitable staff. Everything was really delicious, from the tapas to the spectacular paella. Special thanks to the entire staff, including the chef who came to say goodbye at the end, for the welcome and for making us feel at home. I will definitely be back as soon as I can.

Thanks to my brothers-in-law I had the opportunity to discover this wonderful place. The food is amazing, I haven't eaten paella this good even in Spain. I will happily return, for the excellence of the food and the friendliness of the owners.

I was in Barcelona three weeks ago, and I ate paella mixta in a small place near the market.
Here at Oveja Negra I find the same "technical" and culinary characteristics, but a decidedly superior quality of rice.
All accompanied by the excellent service and friendliness of the hosts; this restaurant is a rare gem, from starter to digestive.
