Otranto Pizzerie In Itala

Excellent cuisine, very tasty food. Beautifully laid out and maintained. But the stay was disappointing. There was a coffee maker, but no cups and no coffee. The chambermaid tidies up TOO well, touches everything, and moves your things around. (Or maybe I don't like that.) The bed was so bad (room 1) that we slept separately for a night. Breakfast was good, but your plate was gone as soon as you took your last bite. They provide lunch for large groups; we didn't stay there because you'd be mixed in with them. They're right on the road, so you can't go for a walk from there.

A very beautiful farmhouse. We stayed two nights, including a buffet breakfast and a pool! The rustic room was truly beautiful, quiet, and welcoming. Beautiful, well-maintained garden with a local vegetable garden and plenty of parking available! The staff were friendly, and we had a great time!

Clean, pleasant, organized place, top service, they brought coffee ahead at our request, I highly recommend it.

August 2025. An unforgettable vacation in Otranto, at MASSERIA L’ULIVETO, an ENCHANTING place, to say the least, a PEARL. Completely immersed in greenery, with vast gardens, a swimming pool, and villas, everything immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean down to the smallest detail, truly magnificent. Not to mention the incredibly kind staff, from the owners Antonio and Patrizia, where you can see their love and passion for their work, to the secretary Federica, always smiling, kind, and offering lots of helpful advice. But we can't help but mention Mr. ANTONIO, charming, friendly, an exceptional chef, fabulous breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, and then the evening chats—we will miss him. We stayed at this masseria in the first week of August 2025. The property is located in the countryside surrounding Otranto, surrounded by olive groves, yet just 1 km from the town center. The property is beautifully maintained, from the shared garden to the swimming pool. The room had a private entrance and also featured a veranda with a sun lounger and chairs. The room was very comfortable, reasonably soundproofed, with a very comfortable bed, windows with mosquito nets, and a large bathroom with a truly spacious shower. Breakfast was truly delicious, with homemade cakes, excellent pastries, and a decent selection of savory options. We also dined at the masseria's restaurant four evenings, offering truly excellent dishes prepared with produce from the garden. The owner's willingness to help us with a small problem with our car was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

One night stay, very pleasant. Nice rooms, beautiful gardens and a fair breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

Last stay during our tour through Puglia. Beautiful garden with 8 apartments. Nice swimming pool and in the evening delicious food with the owner as a cook who was pool boy, gardener and handyman during the day. It was also close to Otranto. The breakfast buffet was also extensive and very good.
