One of the best pistachio gelatos I’ve had in Rome so far. Do not miss! Should be insanely famous but isn’t yet so the lines are still calm, get some before the earn the hype and recognition they deserve!

I visited after lunch in Trastevere. There were many different types of gelaterias available, but this time I chose the unusual combination of mango 🥭 and chocolate 🍫. The harmony between the perfect sweetness of the mango and the bitter chocolate chips was amazing. And it was very cheap at just €2. I highly recommend this gelateria.

As an ice cream enthusiast always on the lookout for the best spots while traveling, I can honestly say this is the best ice cream I've ever had! Of course, I didn't try all the flavors, but the castagna and noce (chestnut and walnut) sorbets were simply incredible. A must-visit at the end of a trip to finish on a high note!

I confirm that the ricotta-based flavors are superb; the absolute crunchy one is packed with dried fruit, wonderful to try. The pistachio is also good. As a non-expert, I say that perhaps some flavors/recipes should be consolidated; for example, with absolute crunchy one could create some very interesting "cake" flavors. Perhaps the approach is a bit biased toward experimenting with laboratory flavors. Which isn't a bad thing at all :P

Crepes Galettes

25/12/2025: Delicious galettes! Their flavor reminded me of what it was like to live in Brittany 😍. We recommend both the vegan and meat versions. The lady who served us was so lovely! Unfortunately, we don't have any pictures of the food because it was delicious and we were hungry 🙈!
