The owner of the B&B Il Sogno recommended this restaurant to us, and it didn't disappoint. We ate fish, and it was delicious.

A bottle of good wine, a spectacular raw fish dish, and sea bass with potatoes cooked in salt. For the price, it's truly a spectacular restaurant! Highly recommended. I was even offered an excellent whisky after dinner (I wanted to pay for it, but there was no way!). If I return to Cerignola, I already know where to eat!

We went to U' Vulesce and had a truly exceptional experience! The raw fish was simply spectacular: incredibly fresh, carefully presented, and with the authentic flavor that only quality seafood can provide. The dessert was the icing on the cake, truly delicious, rounding out the meal perfectly. The value for money is excellent, considering the quality of the ingredients and the level of service. The owner looked after us with great professionalism and kindness, making us feel truly pampered. A restaurant we recommend to anyone who loves quality seafood and warm hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

He has a friendly, encouraging, or uplifting word ready for every guest who enters his restaurant. You feel welcome from the very first minute – genuinely welcome. He treats every guest with friendliness and attention – regardless of whether they are uncomplicated or have special requests. Rosario even handles the requests of somewhat complicated guests with natural aplomb and guides his guests charmingly and decisively through their lunch or dinner. But what's truly exceptional about Rosario is not only his interactions with his guests – but also with his team. Friendliness towards guests is a given. But Rosario also treats his employees with respect and genuine appreciation, whether in the kitchen or in service. When I asked Rosario about this, he said something that has stuck with me: "It's normal for me to be friendly to my employees and respect them. Because my employees are my muscles and my brain." It couldn't be more apt. And then, of course, there's the food: Every dish we ate here was perfect. A revelation in appearance, aroma, taste, and texture. A detour is always worth it for this restaurant – no matter how long it takes. My wife and I agreed yesterday: This restaurant is one of the best restaurants we've ever eaten at in our lives. We wish Rosario and his fantastic team continued success, passion for culinary arts, and joy in gastronomy! Thank you also for the wonderful taralli – we really enjoy them! We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Welcoming atmosphere, each course is a culinary experience with local flavors. The staff is also welcoming and makes you feel at home. A wonderful place, highly recommended.

Care and attention like few in the area. Attention to allergens and Celiac disease, excellent quality of substitutes (taralli, focaccia, orecchiette and spaghettoni TOP) I will definitely return. Welcoming location and kindness and friendliness of home.

Esperienza superlativa. Dall’antipasto ai primi, per finire ai dolci… dalla qualità delle materie prime, all’atmosfera e al servizio tutto è stato perfetto. Avevamo aspettative alte e sono state rispettate. Apprezzata la professionalità e la simpatia del proprietario Rosario, discreto ma presente, e dello staff. Un plauso alla mamma del titolare per la straordinaria crostata di ricotta! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Piatti straordinari, realizzati con materie prime eccellenti e di assoluta freschezza. La presentazione è impeccabile, e gli abbinamenti con i vini esaltano ogni sapore, regalando un vero e proprio viaggio nel gusto autentico. Il gelato stratosferico a chiusura ti lascia senza fiato.
