A trattoria you search for and never find, but when you find it... It stays in your heart (and on your palate!).
The fish is incredibly fresh and all caught (how rare).
The raw fish platter is exceptional: I've never eaten such good shellfish and oysters in my life.
The first courses are delicious (both the u'tubbett with mussels and pecorino cheese and the spaghetti with crab and shellfish are superb).
I didn't get to the second courses because I had also ordered a fantastic appetizer and wanted to try a dessert! However, I did see some real specialties here and there in the dining room (the crispy fish looked beautiful and everyone who tried it seemed enthusiastic).
The vanilla ice cream made by U'Vulesce is divine. Definitely worth it! I would have loved three glasses!
The wine list is also very interesting.
Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and service.
A special mention goes to the owner, who is a true host: he guides you through the menu, explaining the dishes and suggesting combinations or alternatives to make your experience at his restaurant memorable. And he succeeds very well. You leave wanting more.

After watching Alessandro Borghese's "4 Ristoranti" show, my husband and I decided to stop by Cerignola (we live in Cattolica, Emilia Romagna) 😁 and, I'd say, we did very well 😊
Located in the city center, the restaurant is very charming inside, unpretentious but tidy and unique.
We ate outside and were very satisfied with their excellent dishes.
Given the distance from our hometown, the owner and staff were very kind and gracious in offering us a typical local dish. The fish is always fresh. Highly recommended: location, food, kindness, and hospitality.

I usually don’t write long reviews, but this will be the exception. Hands down the best restaurant we’ve eaten at during our two weeks in Puglia — if not ever.
We stopped here on our way from southern Puglia to the Amalfi Coast. We’ve dined at some of the best restaurants in the world, but never before have we had an experience where everything — from the warm welcome by Rosario and his thoughtful explanations, to the service, and the selection of antipasti, main dishes, and dessert — was both perfect and heartfelt, from beginning to end. We were made to feel truly special as guests.
Every dish sang with a harmony of flavours and was a testament to true, deep respect for the locally sourced produce.
U’Vulesce should be a destination in itself. Rosario and his team live and breathe their culinary craft. If you want to taste the very best of Puglia, this is the place.

Esperienza superlativa. Dall’antipasto ai primi, per finire ai dolci… dalla qualità delle materie prime, all’atmosfera e al servizio tutto è stato perfetto. Avevamo aspettative alte e sono state rispettate. Apprezzata la professionalità e la simpatia del proprietario Rosario, discreto ma presente, e dello staff. Un plauso alla mamma del titolare per la straordinaria crostata di ricotta! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Piatti straordinari, realizzati con materie prime eccellenti e di assoluta freschezza. La presentazione è impeccabile, e gli abbinamenti con i vini esaltano ogni sapore, regalando un vero e proprio viaggio nel gusto autentico. Il gelato stratosferico a chiusura ti lascia senza fiato.
