Pizzeria Il Postino

22/03/2026: A small pizzeria just outside the city walls of Gubbio. Very casual, good pizza that tries to emulate Neapolitan pizza. Sure, a few photos of Troisi, Pino Daniele, or Sophia Loren hanging around the walls might create a Neapolitan atmosphere, but making pizza like in Naples isn't easy! We're pretty close, though. I didn't get to try the Neapolitan desserts like pastiera or babà, but I'm sure they were good based on the reviews at nearby tables. Excellent prices. Worth a try.
27/02/2026: The pizza was nothing special, the service was fast but impersonal, the atmosphere was clean, and I found the price of a bottle of tap water at €2.50 a bit steep.

21/04/2026: A genuine, spartan place that feels like home... an '80s-style osteria that makes you feel like a friend rather than a customer! The meat selection isn't "trendy," with exotic or unusual cuts, but simply quality! Generous and classic first courses... a place that took me back 30 years for the serenity and authenticity, not just of the food but also of the people!
21/04/2026: Everything was excellent, we had a really good time, the staff were kind and helpful, we will be back
