At lunch on a cold December day.
A little place that has its roots in the tradition of taverns, but revisiting it with minimalism and current taste, both in the decor of the environment and in the menu.
Warm environment: a unique room, solid wood tables and seats (especially the chairs are hard and reminiscent of old benches, in feel). The floor is made of pieces of marble, also in earthy red tones, echoed on the walls.
A counter with a display of cheeses and cured meats on it, treated in front of everyone, with skill and delicacy. The cutting board is the big protagonist to start with.
We took a mixed platter: everything was excellent. Tasty and delicate flavors. We also took a portion of parmesan aged 30 and 60 months. No comment.
An accompanying glass of Lambrusco. And then anolini in beef broth. A seemingly small bowl, but instead full of anolini and satisfying.
To finish, a dessert: cooked pear. I don't remember exactly how it was made, but it was excellent, also because it wasn't too sweet.
An excellent experience, with attentive, friendly, but no-frills and informal service. Just right for a tavern of today, as of yesterday.

Had lunch today, 6 December 2024. Excellent food, both the cold cuts and the ravioli, with parmesan and not least the panna cotta! Small environment but efficient and helpful service!

That was awesome. Prosciutto (Ham) was stellar, got a tagliere (a plethora of ham and other good stuff), and some first dishes for me and girlfriend. Booked a reservation for 2 and got immediate reception.

Waitress was very nice, almost fell in love!
Food was good, new tastes that I never experienced before, I really liked it!
Atmosphere was good, I needed to sit outsite because all tables were taken due to reservations which is fine.

For me- this is the best prosciutto in Parma. Very nice and cozy atmosphere. During our 2 days visit- we returned twice, as it was that good.

You shouldn't expect refined dishes or perfect service. The dishes are simple but excellent, the service pleasantly novice, but always with a smile. Good quality, excellent vegetarian dishes, desserts like grandma's. Relaxing and super approved environment

Nice tavern on the other side of the stream. Friendly staff, fast service. Good cured meats and anolini. Excellent humus with vegetables, simple but good desserts. Fair price

Locale informale , accogliente e pulito . Personale professionale . Il menù non prevedeva una ampia scelta , ma tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato ha ampiamente soddisfatto le aspettative . Noi abbiamo pranzato in un giorno feriale , magari in altri momenti c’è la possibilità di una scelta più ampia , tuttavia piuttosto che tanti piatti meglio puntare alla qualità di ciò che si serve . Se dovessi ricapitare a Parma sicuramente tornerei.👏👏👏
