Osteria Vino e Cucina In Staffolo

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. We have walked past it multiple times and never booked a table and tonight we decided to give it a go. The waiter was very attentive, providing us with a menu in English and wine options. The menu was short but classically Italian and we were blown away by the quality of the food and depth of flavour, particularly considering the size of the kitchen. We ordered the solumi/charcuterie board (which we usually don't order as you can buy great cured meat in the local supermarkets) and the caponata to start. Both were fresh and absolutely delicious. For mains we had the ragú pasta and porchetta, which were both perfectly seasoned. The portion sizes weren't huge but for sharing between two people it was perfect. I will be returning again.

For classic Marche cuisine (slightly revisited), this is the best. Exceptional!

A very welcoming place, knowledgeable staff, and excellent service. The ricotta ravioli with porcini mushroom and truffle sauce were simply sublime, the tagliatelle with wild boar sauce was truly delicious, and the suckling pig with truffle and sour cherry sauce was incredible. The Verdicchio grappa and wine were delicious. I highly recommend it and hope to return as soon as possible.

A unique experience. I chose the restaurant based on the reviews. Traditional cuisine at its finest. I thought after the fabulous starters I wouldn't be surprised, but then the main courses arrived... they were also amazing, as were the desserts. I followed their recommendation for the wine, and we were so pleased that a friend of mine even bought a bottle to take home. I only have a photo of the exquisite dessert: warm fritters made to order with mascarpone cream, orange marmalade, and dark chocolate. I'm going back this Saturday. Everything was delicious and authentic. Very beautiful and clean place.

Warm, friendly, and courteous, the lady in the dining room greets you with a smile and helps you choose your dishes. The cappelletti in brodo are top-notch, the main courses are also excellent, and there's a wide selection of side dishes. The wine list is also good, with a focus on local products. Highly recommended.

My husband and I visited this osteria a while ago, and what can I say? We were thrilled! The food was excellent and the prices were more than fair. The chef is extremely knowledgeable and welcoming, and extremely passionate about her work. Since we live in Staffolo, we started using the takeout service, and we were also extremely satisfied. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. A few days ago, we hosted a dinner at home, ordered takeout, and everyone was blown away by the quality of the food. Everything was perfect. Besides the amazing food, there's a great deal of attention paid to the hospitality. The attention paid to the little ones is not a given. 5 stars are too few!

Discovered by chance while browsing the internet for typical Marche cuisine, it was a truly pleasant surprise. The welcoming atmosphere, with a smile on their faces, was ready to explain the delicacies on the menu in great detail. Exquisite food, with authentic and delicate flavors. Prices are reasonable for the quality. We will definitely be back.

Typical Marche cuisine, excellently prepared while maintaining the tradition and craftsmanship of home cooking. Products of unparalleled quality. The goose and the tagliatelle with artichokes and crispy scallop are incredible. Compliments to Mrs. Gabriella.
