The guys were incredibly kind, helpful, and super welcoming, always with a smile. Excellent food, warm and welcoming atmosphere. We went there both for dinner (welcomed even without a reservation) and just for dessert... everything was perfect... well done!!

A typical Tuscan restaurant. Very friendly staff and traditional, beautifully presented food. A family-run establishment, with friendly and helpful staff. The food is truly well-cooked and offers a wide selection of dishes. Excellent choice.

In the little gem of Fiesole, you'll find this marvel. I'll start by saying that average prices in town are high, and vary by genre and menu. When we looked at the menu, and even more so by the person who greeted us, we had no hesitation. It was a windy day—windy, I mean, very windy—and they managed to carve out a corner for us to sit inside. The menu was unconventional, a blend of tradition and modernity. The staff was top-notch, and the food was excellent. A surprise in Fiesole! If you're passing through, stop by; you won't regret it. PS: Good laughter, hospitality, and humanity still exist here.

I discovered this osteria in the heart of Fiesole's historic center during the Christmas markets. The guys who run it, Lorenzo and Duccio, are incredibly friendly and have a quick wit, while also working tirelessly and passionately. The atmosphere is always cheerful and the place is welcoming. The dishes are tasty and well-prepared. Prices are fair. Greetings from "the one in the middle."

Welcoming place, helpful staff (even for those with serious allergies like me), and a typical Tuscan setting. The variety of dishes is limited, which in my opinion is the best thing. Not a touristy place, recommended.

06/01/2026: Everything was perfect. From the food to the impeccable service. Cristian was excellent, kind, and professional. A must-see when passing through Florence.
31/12/2025: The food was exceptional. The only disadvantage was the fact that is was a bit cold in the room we were seated and the faucet in the bathroom had only only cold water running. But these were only small inconveniences, but everything else was great.

21/01/2026: In Florence for Pitti Palace, on the recommendation of a dear friend, we went to this trattoria. Small spaces but quality food, friendly service, and genuine wine. Highly recommended!
21/01/2026: We had a real florentine steak at Trattoria Marione and it did not dissappoint! 3 different sizes of steak are available. We chose the 1,2kg, good enough for two people. It was cooked to a medium rare doneness. In the menu it was stated as only being cooked to rare. The steak had a lovely char, was a fairly lean piece of meat with a little outer fat but was very tasty, juicy and tender. Definitely worth indulging in! This is a charming, cozy restaurant, and the owner's cheerful attitude adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Our server was very helpful in guiding us in what to order. We recommend to reserve a table as it gets quickly full. Fair price for the quality offered. For sure we would eat here again in a heartbeat!
