Very friendly and informal staff. The tavern overlooks a small square with a terrace, we ate outside and it was very pleasant. We ordered stringozzi with leeks, pecorino and almonds, very good, and a purple cabbage soup with pecorino, very tasty. While we waited they brought us a taste of the new Sabina oil, with naturally leavened bread, a crushed potato and rosemary, and an excellent aniseed donut. For dessert we ordered Monte Asprese with hazelnut cream: a meringue base with hazelnut cream and covered in cream, really delicious. Advised! I also recommend booking.

Cozy place and very friendly and helpful service. The food was good: I had a courgette pie with pecorino and lemon extra virgin olive oil as an appetizer, a vegetarian lasagna with courgettes and hazelnuts and a mango semifreddo, my partner had tagliolini with cheese and sausage, Sabino silverside with tuna sauce and mango semifreddo.

Delicacies with local ingredients. The combinations and preparation are excellent. Excellent value for money. Exceptionally pleasant and inviting environment located in an opening of the walls. We will be back, it's worth it! Well done and congratulations!!!

I didn't know it also had outdoor tables on the beautiful panoramic terrace.
Excellent food. Friendly staff. Fast service. Account in line with expectations. Also recommended for getting out of the city traffic and enjoying the nature of Sabina.

Locale accogliente e colorato nei pressi del belvedere di Casperia con eccellente carta dei vini. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l’olio novello da degustare in attesa degli antipasti. Buono lo sformatino di cavolfiore con crema al pecorino, così come il pecorino caldo con pomodorini secchi. Ottimi gli stringozzi col tipico sugo piccante, un po’ meno convincenti i tagliolini con salsiccia e formaggio ma solo perché non erano stati scolati a dovere. Servizio cortese pur se in affanno quando il locale si è riempito, conto più che ragionevole.
