Situated in the picturesque Via Sottoriva, just steps away from the ancient Roman forum Piazza delle Erbe, the restaurant exudes traditional charm and warmth. The menu offers a delightful array of local specialties. We highly recommend the Bigoli, a classic Veronese dish that was both hearty and flavorful. The handmade pasta paired beautifully with the rich sauce. Highly recommendable, due they also serve several vegetarian option. Our server was exceptionally sweet and attentive, adding a personal touch to our dining experience. The owner, Davide, took the time to engage with us, sharing insights about the dishes and the local ingredients, making us feel truly welcomed. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with rustic wooden tables and traditional decor that enhanced the authentic Italian dining atmosphere. We also appreciated the option to enjoy a glass of wine from their extensive selection, which complemented our meal perfectly. Overall, the Osteria provided an exceptional dining experience that we will cherish. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking to savor authentic Veronese cuisine in a welcoming setting.

We booked a table by the river for an evening meal with friends whilst visiting Verona. The service was polite and attentive and the menu full of well cooked regional specialties with food and drink choices to suit most tastes. We had a very enjoyable evening and can thoroughly recommend the restaurant. A great find.

Excellent tavern on the banks of the Adige. We ate outside. Welcoming and helpful staff. Traditional menu. A place I would gladly return to.

We went to this restaurant and we left enthusiastic! The real added value, however, was the service: the owner welcomed us with passion and competence, enthusiastically telling us the story behind each course and, above all, his incredible collection of peppers from all over the world. It is rare to find a place where you eat well and have such an engaging experience. We will definitely be back!

Delicious dinner. I tasted the carbonera, the bigoli with wild hops and the amaretto semifreddo. I was offered a hazelnut liqueur, very pleasant. Wine and bill more than satisfactory.

Small tavern in a beautiful area of ​​Verona, right near the center and the Adige. Good traditional Venetian cuisine with attention to km0 and many tasty proposals. Still real and traditional flavors, it's not a tourist plucker.

Il posto è molto carino, personale davvero gentile e menu con tanta scelta. Mi è piaciuta molto la polenta e anche il primo con ragù di anatra. Unica pecca negativa è che non accettano conti separati.

Locale accogliente e carino, bagno pulito, cibo delizioso e abbondante dall'antipasto al dolce, ottima qualità prezzo.
