Location 9.5 - Such a beautiful, elegant and well-kept terrace with such a view of the Langhe is difficult to find. Sitting here is a joy for the soul. Minimal mise en place, perfect for the place.
Menu 10 - Tasting menu at a very fair price for a true journey into the modern cuisine of the Langhe. Selection of refined cheeses, one better than the other. A delightful and delicate treasure chest of onions, not at all heavy. Certainly among the best plin tried in the area and finally a braised meat that didn't need a knife to be savored.
Service 9 - High level restaurant service, always present and very fast in service despite the many people sitting around us. Also very careful about intolerances and allergies.
Bill 10 - The value for money, especially as already mentioned for the tasting menu, make it one of the best restaurants in the area. Chapeau

The food is fabulous! They are pet friendly! And there are gluten-free options on the menu.
The staff was very friendly and efficient, except for one of the girls, who was probably the one taking care of reservations that day.
And that was our only problem.
The restaurant requires a Re-confirmation, by email, 24 hours before the reservation, otherwise, on the day of the reservation you will receive an email canceling your table.
Reminding the customer, 24 hours before the day of the reservation, to send an email re-confirming the reservation is unproductive and bureaucratic.
There are customers who organize themselves and already reserve more than 26 restaurants for an entire trip. Imagine, if necessary, having to reconfirm them all?
One suggestion of what could be done is to automate the restaurant's reservation schedule, as many restaurants already do. Therefore, the restaurant actively sends the customer a “friendly reminder” the day before, requesting confirmation or cancellation.
But in the end it worked out. We just had to call and reconfirm.

4 stars for the environment which I find a little cold. No tablecloth at the table; Sin. The food is always of high quality. The veal with tuna sauce is delicious and the tajarin with veal ragu is equally tasty. Carrù's roast beef fat cooked softly with mashed potatoes was not up to par, I found it a little tough and stringy. For dessert: Chestnut mousse, cocoa wafer and pears cooked in wine. Delightful. See you in spring, maybe on the terrace!

If it weren't for the bizarre initial premise on the menu (minimum spend per course of 30 Euros) that could be improved... everything else was truly top-notch. Really high quality/price ratio.
