Excellent food and impeccable service. Difficult to do better.

Book in advance. Minimum 15 days. The food is fabulous! They are pet friendly! And there are gluten-free options on the menu. The service from the staff was very friendly and efficient, except for one of the girls, who was probably the one who took care of the reservations that day. And that was precisely our only problem. The restaurant requests a Re-confirmation, by email, 24 hours before booking, otherwise, on the day of booking you will receive an email canceling your table. Making the customer remember, 24 hours on the day of the reservation, to send an email re-confirming the reservation is unproductive and bureaucratic. There are customers who organize themselves and already book more than 26 restaurants for an entire trip. Imagine, if necessary, having to reconfirm everyone? One suggestion of what could be done is to automate the restaurant's reservation schedule, as many restaurants already do. Therefore, the Restaurant actively sends the customer a “friendly reminder” the day before, requesting confirmation or cancellation. But in the end it worked. Just, we had to call and reconfirm.

4 stars for the environment which I find a little cold. No tablecloth at the table; Sin. The food is always of high quality. The veal with tuna sauce is delicious and the tajarin with veal ragu is equally tasty. Carrù's roast beef fat cooked softly with mashed potatoes was not up to par, I found it a little tough and stringy. For dessert: Chestnut mousse, cocoa wafer and pears cooked in wine. Delightful. See you in spring, maybe on the terrace!

A delight, from starter to dessert! Dishes that are both hearty and refined. A very extensive wine list. If you are in the area it is a must!

If it weren't for the bizarre initial premise on the menu (minimum spend per course of 30 Euros) that could be improved... everything else was truly top-notch. Really high quality/price ratio.

A lovely restaurant located next to wine yards. The wine by glass that I had was a 2009 Barolo that was absolutely fantastic. The pannacotta with a pear in red wine is really to die for. Just perfect. Please note that this is a Piedmontese restaurant with only a few non-meat options.

Arrivati senza prenotazione si sono adoperati per trovarci comunque un tavolo sulla splendida terrazza con vista. Ottimi antipasti e primi. Servizio impeccabile. Corretto rapporto qualità/prezzo.
