We stopped by chance on our motorbike, the owners were very kind. The food was excellent and they were very kind. I will be eating there again soon.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante questa sera e ne siamo rimasti davvero colpiti. Il cibo è ottimo, curato nei dettagli e con ingredienti di qualità. Il titolare è una persona simpatica e competente, capace di far sentire subito a proprio agio. La vista sul lago di Como è semplicemente spettacolare, un vero valore aggiunto all’esperienza. Prezzi nella media, assolutamente giustificati dalla qualità e dal contesto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Lovely place to stop for lunch, great friendly service staff, had menus in Italian, English, German etc... speciality in fish but the parma ham was great and they made a small spaghetti with pesto for our 3yr old. On the waterfront lovely views

Good food but not excellent. Really good service and atmosphere. Too bad for the cover charge that was hidden, the menu did not include 3€ per person. In the end, between water and cover charge for 2, it came to 12€. On a bill of 68

17/08/2025: I've had lunch at Casottino with my wife 4-5 times in the last 2 years. The place is very pleasant and elegant, the staff is extremely kind and professional, and the food is excellent. My wife loves seafood, and I love risotto. We were both very pleased.
