I don't think I've ever done reviews but this time I have to.
Couple's dinner February 28th (a late Valentine's Day) what can I say... Everything was simply perfect. Real and delicious dishes, TOP products and super helpful and friendly owners!
For those who are gluten intolerant there is a lot of choice and above all attention.
Menu for all palates.
I definitely recommend the casket as a starter and the "always on the menu" fillet with Foie Gras.
Thanks for the dinner, we'll be back soon!

For the type of dishes the prices are excessively high as is the cost of the wine by the glass. I would advise the staff in the dining room to wear an apron to give greater credibility to their much-vaunted dishes.

Wonderful lunch today in this small family run restaurant. All the dishes we have chosen denote love for cooking and a light and elegant hand. The appetizers offered are excellent, Liguria style (sardenara, creamed cod and frisceui). Then we shared the magatello tonnato (impeccably cooked, perhaps slightly colder than it should have been) and stuffed pepper (super). Followed by two extremely different first courses: my green gnocchi with Mazara prawns and bisque were truly spot on (the garlic mentioned is not noticeable at all), for my wife the off-menu baked cannelloni au gratin with rabbit filling, a substantial and very satisfying dish. Closing entrusted to a refreshing and stylish dessert, a Bavarian cream with a vegetal-flavoured sponge, orange honey, fior di latte and puffed rice. Before coffee, lies and Sacher flavored lollipops. Account more than correct. Possible points for improvement: the decor of the place (the antique ceiling is splendid, the lighting is ok, the teal-coloured chairs are beautiful and comfortable, but I would change the walls with a bolder color or wallpaper) and the wines by the glass (perhaps a slightly excessive mark-up, which among other things I didn't find in whole bottles). However, many many congratulations to this passionate and kind family.

Returned today 10/18/2024. My favorite place! A must when I'm in Cuneo. It is always a pleasure and a guarantee of quality, processing of raw materials and a warm but not intrusive welcome. Sublime desserts! We had a great time! Thanks to all of you and good work!

voto massimo per la bellezza di vedere un ristorante famigliare che punta alla ricerca nella tradizione, qualche portata eccellente, qualcuna forse meno. ma tutto fatto in casa, con piccoli omaggi dalla cucina. Comprensibile il costo, abbastanza elevato, ma un calice di barbaresco a 15 euro ci pare sinceramente eccessivo.
consiglio, lavorerei sulla luce, scaldando l'ambiente. Giusta la segnalazione della michelin
