It's the best in Cuneo, if you want to eat VERY WELL don't miss this table where everything is perfect, all orchestrated by a family where you will find real chefs who are indeed worthy of the Michelin!

voto massimo per la bellezza di vedere un ristorante famigliare che punta alla ricerca nella tradizione, qualche portata eccellente, qualcuna forse meno. ma tutto fatto in casa, con piccoli omaggi dalla cucina. Comprensibile il costo, abbastanza elevato, ma un calice di barbaresco a 15 euro ci pare sinceramente eccessivo.
consiglio, lavorerei sulla luce, scaldando l'ambiente. Giusta la segnalazione della michelin

TOP place. We are not from the area but we are here at least twice a year for personal reasons and the Vecchio Borgo represents a special place for us. Today my wife tasted the truffle tajarin and I the rack of lamb.

A charming place, few tables, simple decoration so as not to forget that what interests us is the local cuisine.
A warm welcome from the owners, a varied menu with seasonal products, it was our turn during the white truffle season.
We tried a beef tartare with white truffle, magatello, Mediterranean squid, potato gnocchi, carre d'agnello and for desserts eclairs, pana cotta.
All cymbals have their own personality and tone. A true gastronomic experience.
The wine list is quite extensive with very good labels and for all budgets!
We will return, we will continue to proudly recommend the restaurant.

I was there on Thursday 18 October 2024 with my best man and our wives and I must say we had a really good time! High quality food, wine as well and really great service! I was surprised by the dessert (although I was a little skeptical about choosing the one with persimmons and porcini mushrooms) as soon as I tasted it it was an exhilarating combination of flavours! Really good!

E’ sempre un piacere tornare a cena in questo bel ristorante! Ritrovare la gentilezza e professionalità dei proprietari che ti accolgono nella bella e curata sala , e assaporare i magnifici piatti che la cucina propone . Quest’anno a parer nostro una delle migliori cene fatte, come qualità dei prodotti e accostamento di sapori , di ottimo livello dall’antipasto al dolce , un crescere di gusto e raffinatezza che denota una ricerca e una cura del piatto formidabile! Grazie al Sig. Valentino che è un perfetto padrone di casa insieme al gentilissimo papa’, e un grande plauso alle fantastiche chef in cucina che ci hanno deliziato e ogni volta ci stupiscono sempre di più ! Grazie di cuore !

Place without light and air, our little 1 year old Ale was freaking out, tagliatelle passed off as tajarin, pressure from the waiter in taking the orders who didn't even let us finish the plate... which was absurd, they ran out of pannacotta and I came specifically from Como, uncle ..!
