Quiet place, warm welcome, excellent food with a variety of dishes—not the usual "Italian antipasto," but innovative options, with good first courses, excellent second courses, and desserts, all at reasonable prices. The owner's service is excellent, and they make you feel pampered. We'll definitely be back.

The best gastronomic experience in Italy. It's not listed in any major guidebook, but it's definitely worth the trip. We were served by Mr. Raffaello, who was so kind and attentive to every detail. Afterwards, we made a point of meeting Chef Antonietta, who amazed us with every appetizer, every course, and every dessert. The panoramic view was breathtaking. I'd go back 10 times if I could. I'll take this memory of Italy with me with fondness.

Simply the best experience we had in all of Italy! Rafaelo's service is friendliness personified. We had the tasting menu and the experience was simply fantastic. The starters were delicious, and the main dishes, typical of the region, blew us away! To top it off, the desserts were original and fantastic! The wine pairing was a 2010 TorreVento from Puglia, simply magnificent! Don't miss it when you're in this region! ❤️❤️

Per la mia festa di laurea ho scelto l'Osteria Varanalle e non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. Immersa nel verde, la location offre un'atmosfera intima e rilassante, perfetta per celebrare un’occasione così importante. Il menù di pesce che ho selezionato ha superato ogni aspettativa: piatti freschissimi, cucinati con maestria e sapori bilanciati che hanno conquistato tutti i nostri ospiti. La carta dei vini, ampia e variegata, ha offerto numerose opzioni in grado di esaltare al meglio ogni portata. Il servizio, impeccabile e cordiale, ha reso l'esperienza ancor più speciale, senza alcun intoppo. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff Varanalle per aver contribuito a rendere questo giorno davvero indimenticabile.

Posto perfetto per il pranzo del sabato o della domenica. Tagliere di salumi, formaggio di ottima qualità. Primo piatto molto particolare con pasta fatta in casa. Come secondo abbiamo mangiato un cosciotto di agnello delicatissimo con salsa allo zafferano.
