We discovered this place thanks to food bloggers Giano and Franci, who visited this restaurant in their Langhe series.
The expectations generated by their stories were fully met!
We ordered a tasting menu that included: Fassona beef tartare; 30-yolk tajarin with sausage ragù; stew with mashed potatoes (delicious, too bad it was just a slice), and their incredible panna cotta.
We also ordered poached eggs with fondue and cardoons (the vegetables vary seasonally); fondue-filled plin with salted butter; and frisse (a typical recipe from these parts). Regarding these pairings, we'd point out that it's best not to order both the egg with fondue and the plin together, as it's a significant cheese blast that can be difficult to stomach.
All the dishes were a wonderful culinary experience, but a special mention goes to the tajarin, which were truly a feast.
The wait staff was very kind, warm, and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.
They have an excellent selection of wines, from the more expensive ones to more affordable but of the highest quality.

A good restaurant on two floors in the historic center. The menu features excellent, well-prepared local dishes. The atmosphere is very quiet and well-maintained, with tables well-spaced.
The wine list is extensive and comprehensive. Excellent and attentive service. The price is in line with the offerings. Recommended. ✌️

A small osteria in the heart of the Langhe, I think the best I've ever eaten at.
The welcome entrée was focaccia with toma cheese and black truffle. I chose the tartare and tajarin with white truffle, and for dessert, pure cream. Everything was excellent, fresh and of the highest quality. The staff was very friendly. The quality they offer is in line with the price. I will definitely be back.

A truly lovely place, we had lunch there, and the food was truly excellent, high-quality, and plentiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our every need. From ordering to service, we had a very short wait, and the service was very prompt. To say we left satisfied is an understatement; they were truly excellent. Perhaps the only downside was the price of the truffle dishes, which were a bit pricey, but I can assure you we didn't regret it; it was fabulous! If you're in the area, I highly recommend it; make a reservation.

The place is a bit small but very cute and welcoming. The first courses were all very good, and the second courses were good too. For dessert, I recommend the tiramisu.
