We went to this Osteria for lunch and were very satisfied.
A very welcoming location, the food was refined and tasty.

We went here following the suggestion of #gianoefranci from #cosamangiamooggi, and thankfully we did!
A modern, contemporary #osteria, featuring traditional dishes with a more contemporary twist.
As an #appetizer, we had a truly high-quality #battutadifassona, nothing more to add.
Then we had the #tajarin with sausage ragù and the #agnolottidelplin.
The tajarin were the best I've ever eaten. Despite being very thin, they didn't break; they were firm enough, while the #ragù was really good, perhaps even one of the best I've ever eaten.
As for the agnolotti, I personally don't like very cheesy dishes like this one, but I have to admit they weren't excellent. I especially liked the dough, soft and just the right amount of firm.
Finally, we tried the #tiramisu #spumone, which I would call incredible understatement.
It was perhaps the most surprising dish, both in quantity, since it can accommodate three people, and in quality. It's a slightly reinvented version with Salis wheat flour. It's very frothy and creamy, with the ladyfingers broken into pieces in the middle, not just at the bottom. The biscuit remains slightly crunchy, creating a nice contrast with the mascarpone. Coffee in just the right amount. Overall, a truly amazing tiramisu. If they entered the annual world's best tiramisu competition in Treviso, I'm sure they'd win.
A very well-kept place, small and on two floors, a mix of modern and elegant.
Very knowledgeable staff with great customer service.
If you're passing through the Langhe, you absolutely have to stop here. The prices are also good; in fact, compared to the quality, it's very hard to beat this place for value, not just in the Langhe but in all of Italy.

We had a decent dinner here and the quality of the food was really good as well as the wine. Our only complaint was that several dishes were way too liquid for our liking such potato purée and tiramisu. I just think they were trying too hard to be different and inventive and they didn’t have to.

A wonderful lunch on a sunny terrace. We ate truffle-wrapped eggs and tagliatelle with truffles (black, not the white Alba variety), all washed down with a glass of Nebbiolo. A pleasant break.

We ate well. The food and wine were good. The service was okay, although it seemed a bit overdone, a bit forced.
The only flaw was the annoyed waitresses, either because customers called for reservations or because they rang the doorbell when it was full (not very nice or polite, in my opinion; that's what you're there for, and it's better if it's full).
