One of the best Osteria the four of us have eaten in all of Italy including Sicily. We have been to Italy 7 times. Specials were great We r going back the evening we leave Lucca

Unfortunately, the service was overwhelmed and unfriendly. Long wait times. The food came first, followed by the wine after asking.

June 2025. Very delicious food! Great shrimp appetizer. Delicious lamp chops. Small but very fine menu. We were there around 7 p.m. and didn't have to wait. It was full by 8 p.m., including reservations.

Situado en la plaza de la ciudadela de Lucca, el Tosca ocupa un lugar destacado. Pedimos parmigiana y carbonara y cada plato fue disfrutado inmensamente. Las bebidas también eran excelentes y la calidad de la comida era igualada por la excelencia del clima. Lucca es un lugar especial y seleccionamos una parada de almuerzo de primera clase.

A very small, yet very nice restaurant that is definitely worth a visit. They offer the typical Lucchese fair, but everything is very, very good!! I live in the Lucca area and I will definitely return!!

Lunch in front of Puccini (his statue!)...Piazza Citadella... Despite the tourist crowds, which are quite normal for this magnificent city of Lucca...very kind and attentive welcome...perfect cuisine... Affordable prices... For lovers of Lucca and especially of the sublime Ilaria (eternally asleep in the Duomo San Martino...)...you can settle in...

Muy buen lugar en la hermosa Piazza Cittadella en el centro de Lucca. A mediados de abril de 2025 hacía suficiente calor para sentarse fuera en la plaza y disfrutar de la vista, incluida la estatua de Puccini. Disfrutamos de su cordero y spaghetti boloñesa y vino de la casa local, a un precio razonable. Servicio amable. 85€ para dos.

26/06/2025: When we were recommended this fish restaurant in the middle of Tuscany, we were skeptical, but the lobster pasta dish of the day quickly changed our minds. Magnificent. Only Italian. Zero tourists.
