Osteria Terraglio In Bassano del grappa

Discovered thanks to Borghese's "4 Restaurants" program, our expectations were more than confirmed. A lovely place in the center of Bassano, managed by a team of very friendly young professionals. Very good food! I recommend the radicchio and sausage lasagna. One of the best I've ever tasted. Compliments to the staff!

We went to Osteria Terraglio for lunch. Pampered by the young staff who welcomed us and made us feel at home, we chose an artichoke tart with cheese fondue as an appetizer. For our main course, we had fantastic bigoli with Bassano broccoli and Trentino trout, and for our main course, Bassano broccoli with mushrooms, rice crispy, and black garlic sauce...all sublime. For dessert, the Recioto pavlova was delicious, and the coffee was top-notch...I'm picky about that, too!

Found a seat even though there wasn't one. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

I'm a winemaker, and today I had one of the best dining experiences in Bassano del Grappa, at Osteria Terreglio. Excellent cuisine, perfectly paired with a Merlot from a small winery in the province of Vicenza, recommended by the house. Impeccable, attentive, and welcoming service made the evening truly special. Congratulations to all the staff and thank you for the wonderful hospitality, even with my still limited Italian.

A truly delightful and unexpected experience! The location is wonderful: warm, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. The service was excellent: precise, kind, helpful, and professional. The menu was excellent: we started with four splendid Puglian oysters, accompanied by two glasses of Franciacorta Ca' del Bosco; we continued with a very fresh tartare and a delicious artichoke flan. The main courses were the duck steak and the cod. Both were truly delicious and perfectly cooked. The sweet conclusion was with two delicious desserts: a tartlet with hazelnut cream and candied orange, and a caramel jar with profiteroles and pecans. The price was absolutely in line with what we ordered. We'll be back as soon as possible! Thank you so much.
