Two couples had lunch in June in this delightful tavern. Excellent and very fresh food, the manager and staff were very kind and welcoming. Reasonable prices, thanks for the great experience!

An old tavern. Clean environment and attentive service. However, the menu is only listed verbally and for the Florentine... good... but we were not told the cost, size or cooking time. Fortunately it arrived as per our needs.

Consigliata da conoscenti locali, ci siamo fermati a pranzo. Locale rustico pieno del fascino di un'antica osteria, si passa davanti al bancone della vendita di salumi e formaggi locali, per raggiungere la sala da pranzo. I tavoli in marmo con sedie impagliate e volte in mattoni contribuiamo al fascino del posto. Ci aspettava già un tagliere con finocchiona e pecorino o briscjette al pomodoro. I primi sempre diversi ogni giorno sono quelli della cucina casalinga Toscana. Olio buono in una fiaschetta era su tutti i tavoli. Consigliatissimi "i pici all'aglione" : spaghettoni al torchio con un sugo di aglio e pomodoro piccanti o da leccarsi i baffi. Ottima la tagliata ma abbiamo visto meravigliose costate servite in altri tavoli. Spero proprio di tornarci

I've never had such a good porchetta sandwich and the owner is really super nice. He was about to close but he saw us in difficulty because we were making the journey from Florence and he welcomed us with a smile.

siamo stati molto bene. Abbiamo mangiato come a casa sia per cibo scelto che per qualità di cottura. è un locale molto semplice ma dove si mangia molto bene.

In a very spartan setting the food is very good. Friendly staff. Typical Tuscan cuisine.
