Surprising! As Sicilians on holiday in Rome, we approach this restaurant with distrust. It seems like the usual restaurant for tourists... Instead, we are pleasantly surprised by the quality of the raw materials, their processing and even the presentation of the dishes. Excellent dinner, really satisfied!! Highly recommended!

Everything from start to finish was superb!!! My husband had the tuna with almond crust and orange sauce and grilled chicokry while I had the prawns with kafitite paste and blueberry sauce then the spaghetti with cherry tomato sauce which were all excellent!!! The owner even offered to drive us back to our hotel if we couldn’t get a taxi!

We ate here on our First Night in Rome and almost decided to eat here every Night, the food was amazing , Service impeccabile. Even though they have outside Seats we opted to stay inside with AC, which seems to be a rare occurrence in Rome. I registered St. Ana to return on our next trip in Rome. Compliments to the owners…

Exceptional Birthday Dinner Our visit to Osteria St. Ana in Rome was fantastic. It was my wife’s birthday, and Lumi, our server, made it extra special. We enjoyed the fried artichokes, mushroom and truffle lasagna, and the beef filet, all of which were delicious. The veal cheeks with Amarone sauce were incredibly tender. Lumi recommended a wonderful wine that paired perfectly with our meal. For dessert, we had crème brûlée and dark chocolate gelato – both perfect. The warm atmosphere and outstanding service made this a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

05/08/2024: We found this restaurant a little desperate because we went to two restaurants and they treated us badly. Desperate and hungry we found this restaurant. Nice in a rustic cave with friendly staff. We ate delicious cacio pepe and porcini mushrooms, we also made the slipper with the wafer made from the cheese. Three of us ate the hearty grilled second course. All very good, highly recommended
