Small restaurant on a side street, nice ambience, the tortellini were great, the goulash with horse meat and the gnoggies were also very tasty. Definitely worth a visit.

Excellent evening meal. Food is very very good, simple and delicious. Wine by the litre etc very good value. Squeezed us in with no reservation, v popular.

This is a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine and some simple, well made food. We visited in summer, so the outside tables beneath the colonnade were perfect. The service was friendly and we happily waited at the bar before our table was ready. We ordered the beef tartare, eggplant parmigiana and burrata salad, which was all delicious. There were a number of options for wines by the glass which we found was not typical in Verona. The atmosphere was very relaxed and lively and the customers seemed predominantly local which was nice as the central areas of the old town can be a bit touristy. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal then walked a few steps to the river where you are greeted by a spectacular sunset view of Teatro Romano.

Unfortunately, although the place is excellent, the service is very polite, the food is typically prepared for tourists. Small portions and, above all, sparse ingredients. Lasagne should have meat between the layers of pasta, not just béchamel sauce, and should be topped with tomato sauce. Otherwise it's just tourist lasagna

A simple, small place with very homemade and delicious food and super friendly service. Excellent price for Verona. For starters, we ordered some delicious cheeses with varying ripening times, a parmigiana, a local white wine and a lasagna. Everything extremely delicious. I recommend and will be back.
