After a light breakfast, we set off to explore the waterfalls around Sarnano. The route was beautiful, but unexpectedly longer and sometimes more difficult than we had anticipated. Fortunately, we eventually arrived at the Osteria, which was like an oasis in the desert. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and were able to join the queue at 2:15 p.m.
We had a delicious lunch, choosing only the pasta, all freshly made by the owner's wife. The portions were so large and tasty that we couldn't manage another dish. In hindsight, we should have shared a pasta and then ordered grilled meat. We'll keep that in mind because we'll definitely be back!
After delicious cappuccinos and our water bottles refilled by the owner, we were given directions for the rest of the route and set off again with big smiles on our faces.

Discovered by chance. In the summer and when it's warm, you can eat outside. It's that kind of restaurant where you leave satisfied with what you've eaten and also satisfied with the bill. Cover charge is €2 and they even provide a tablecloth. Water is free. First courses are €10, good and plentiful. Second courses are €12. Recommended, and reservations are recommended.

The Lamp Couple... we always find an excuse to travel from Civitanova to savor the culinary delights of Mrs. Tiziana and the professionalism and friendliness of Mr. Gabriele. Especially when he presents the menu, describing the dishes verbally, sitting down with us customers. An alternative to the predictable paper menu. The atmosphere here is convivial, and Mr. Gabriele often toasts all the guests. What more can we say? Try it!

Beautiful dinner with exceptional food and service!! 100% recommended
We were in the area for the weekend and were amazed by the quality of the food (excellent grilled meat and top-notch pasta) and the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Plus, the restaurant is meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. I'll definitely be back!!

If you're planning a stroll to Pozze dell'Acquasanta and Cascata del Pellegrino, be sure to stop by Osteria Scherzi a Parte. Delicious, simple Italian dishes, reasonable prices, and generous portions. Special thanks to Gabrielle, who maintains a family atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home. We highly recommend it.

Ho avuto il piacere di mangiare a pranzo oggi in questa osteria con mio marito e mio figlio. Abbiamo provato tre primi diversi uno più buono dell’altro , la polenta veramente deliziosa. Le costine di maiale condite con fave buonissime e molto tenere. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti anche dal conto più che onesto considerando la qualità alta dei cibi che abbiamo mangiato. Sarà una tappa fissa per noi ogni volta che torneremo a Sarnano!
