Located in the amazing courtyards of Santo Spirito. Must have reservation but the staff/team was super efficient and accommodating. The gnocchi, which there are known for, was super creamy and tasty! Great goat cheese appetizer. Seemed to attract all the English speakers of the city so definitely a change from other restaurants but didn’t take away from atmosphere and delicious food!

Piazza Santo Spirito is a special place, a bit removed from the mass tourism found on the other side of the Arno. The osteria perfectly embodies the spirit of the area. The traditional menu leaves no room for exceptions: thank you so much for including tagliatelle (and not spaghetti) with meat sauce! All the dishes were exquisite, the staff was extremely friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The quality/price ratio was very fair. What can I say... congratulations! We will gladly return.

Just stepped out of the restaurant… still thinking about those sizzling truffle gnocchi, pure perfection. The tagliatelle with ragù were just as impressive, fresh and full of flavor. Both desserts hit the mark too: the tiramisu was rich and balanced, while the crème brûlée had that perfect crackly top and creamy center. Honestly, every dish was a hit. Plus Erika was the best! Ps I keep going back, I suggest you line up a bit before 12.15!

Omg the food here is unbelievable! We came on a cold rainy Monday at 712 and was like 10 people before us. Only option was to sit outside as the inside was fully booked. Come early or book in advance!

23/10/2025: Beautiful setting, the view is breathtaking. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and we had a wonderful evening despite the bad weather :)
