Osteria Santino In Borgosesia

A typical mountain inn, offering authentic food and a family atmosphere in a tranquil, stress-free village.

When you want to relax and savor the same old tastes and flavors, Osteria Santino is an excellent choice... the braised beef with polenta melted in your mouth, the apple pie was soft and delicious—well, nothing to complain about. I've found some complaints in other reviews; stay in the city because expecting to find everything you dream of in the mountains isn't for you here. Thanks to the lady who served us, she was very kind!

A welcoming and familiar place where you eat like you used to.

A typical village osteria. They're friendly, but certain aspects are a bit "out of the ordinary." Apparently, that's fine with them. I recommend the mixed platter of local cured meats and cheeses, the grilled vegetables... maybe not the tortelli and the frozen tiramisu. To be fair, we showed up without a reservation, but it all seemed a bit improvised.
