The food was the best I have tried in Bolognia. Everything was prepared so good that I can not say which dish I liked the most. And the desserts ... also, no words. Definitely recommend! The garden is beautiful, the service great! Thank you ❤️

Our host recommended Osteria Santa Caterina and I'm so glad they did. This restaurant is a gem! The service is fantastic and the food is divine!! We loved our dinner so much the first time that we went back two nights later and it was amazing again 🤩

We went when the kitchen was supposed to be closed, so like good Spaniards, we showed up at 3 p.m. (which is like going to eat at 5 p.m. in Spain). However, after pestering them about whether we should sit there or next door (the famous one they recommended, p.s. This one is better), the owner welcomed us openly and kept the kitchen open to serve us. He served us with overwhelming kindness throughout the meal, telling us about his wines, his cured meats, and his pastas. He was one of the most charming places you'll find in Bologna. The food was incredibly delicious; his ragù, his Parmesan tortellini, and his meat dishes were absolutely scrumptious. I would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing experience! Kitchen stayed open specially for us and we had personalised service at a late hour. They take close care to customer detail, giving precise information about the dishes and able to make good recommendations. Very kind personnel and absolutely delicious food! Local and authentic. Sweet place and enjoyable space to eat.

Beautiful restaurant, we booked for dinner and went early for drinks, the waiter suggested we eat in the garden at the back of the restaurant and what a beautiful setting, a real hidden gem. Staff were very attentive and explained all the specials to us in English. We started with the mortadella mouse in a cone of pastry, which was excellent, followed by the best lasagne ever and a beautiful green tagliatelle with ragu. We shared the mascarpone cream with chocolate, which was very light and tasted delicious. Two gins to start with, water and a bottle of wine, only €97, superb.

Mycket trevligt och mysigt ställe, som ligger lite off-side, men ändå är fullbokat. Maten var utmärkt och servicen väldigt bra! Åt en Lasagne Verde som var toppen. Efterrätt blev lite glass, som var god! Rekommenderar detta varmt!

Su consiglio di due nostre amiche, abbiamo deciso di provare l'Osteria Santa Caterina in una serata di metà novembre. Avevano prenotato per le 21:30 e, arrivati sul posto, abbiamo trovato il locale in una posizione suggestiva, sotto un portico nell'omonima via. L’ambiente è curato, con un arredamento moderno ed elegante, anche se la disposizione dei tavoli nella nostra saletta era un po’ troppo ravvicinata, rendendo difficile la conversazione. Abbiamo ordinato un piatto "Porta Saragozza" con prosciutto di Parma 24 mesi, mortadella, culatello di Zibello DOP, ciccioli montanari, salsiccia passita e formaggi. Come portate principali io e mia moglie eravamo curiosi di provare una pasta locale, quindi abbiamo preso la "Gramigna paglia e fieno salsiccia e zafferano", mentre le nostre amiche la "Cotoletta alla bolognese con patate al forno". Abbiamo accompagnato il tutto con una bottiglia d’acqua e una di vino "Le More". La qualità dei prodotti è decente, i sapori ben bilanciati e piacevoli, ma le porzioni ci sono sembrate un po’ ridotte. Abbiamo speso 113 euro in quattro, una cifra tutto sommato adeguata, ma siamo usciti con la sensazione di non essere completamente sazi. Nel complesso, un’esperienza positiva, ma con qualche riserva sulle quantità.
