Superb Fiorentina, the best tasted so far, we watched the cooking and finally it was cut at the table in front of us.
Friendly and very friendly owner, before the bill he sat down at the table with us to talk and ask us about our stay in Tuscany.
In the kitchen we find the owner's wife who brings tradition to the table.
No-frills service, view of the Orcia hills.
Highly recommended stop.

Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante per cena nella loro splendida terrazza che si affaccia sulle famose colline della Val D'Orcia, piatti buonissimi della vera tradizione Toscana, proprietari gentilissimi e atmosfera accogliente, torneremo sicuramente grazie!

Just like grandma's. Here you won't find a waiter in uniform, coordinated dishes or hotel service, here you will find Tuscan authenticity. The service is followed by the owner's husband, a free-range and sincere Tuscan gentleman who doesn't tell you anything, but who is uniquely friendly. The courses are more than plentiful, the first courses are homemade and the meat is excellently cooked. The waiting time is due to the fact that everything is freshly prepared, including the baked potatoes. I recommend making yourself comfortable with a nice glass of wine and enjoying the view... one of a kind. This is not a typical tourist place, this is culinary poetry from grandma's house.

Old American on a back road Tuscan day trip. 11 hours on a Vespa. Accidentally found this place. Perfect lunch with a view. Middle of nowhere. Great couple running it. Local wine superb. Storybook

Trovato quasi per caso lungo la strada da Monte Amiata verso Bagno Vignoni abbiamo chiesto all'oste se ci avrebbe dato da mangiare anche se erano quasi le 14. Ci ha accolto con cortesia e moltissima simpatia! Abbiamo gustato to dei crostini toscani tra i migliori mai assaggiati e i crostoni al Lardo da leccarsi i baffi. Ottimi i pici all'aglione (prodotto da loro) ottimi anche i dolci e i cantucci fatti in casa.
