We toured Roberto's craft beer brewery, followed by a tasting in his beautiful shop in the center of San Quirico. We discovered a world of excellence, cultivated with love, creativity, and professionalism. Roberto is a truly human being, humble and generous, an expert in the industry who knows how to convey his passion. His products are truly special and perfect as gifts. I recommend this unique experience to everyone.

For us Sienese, when you mention fermented beverages, wine immediately comes to mind. We're born with Chianti in our blood. But every now and then, you have to take your hat off to those who know how to do something different, but do it like a master. This brewery in Val d'Orcia is one of those surprises that make you happy. You immediately sense that it's not a tourist trap, but that behind it are people who study and use top-quality ingredients. The beers are clean, flavorful, each with its own character. The place is charming; you sit down, chat with the person who pours your beer for you and explains everything to you politely. In short, a real gem. If you're in the area and want something different, go here. Well-made.

24/10/2025: Best pizza restaurant in Toscane!! Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very cosy and real Italien. We will come back here! We recommend the Diavoli and the Burrata with pesto.
