I decided to visit this place that I had always given up on because of the name, Osteria .. but it has nothing of an Osteria, the place is refined, elegant, with a fairly welcoming atmosphere, the service is excellent and the food exceptional, so much so that I asked for a second of the "ravioli del plin", something sublime... there is a decent selection of white and red wines.

Evening with friends: I took the old bridge menu with starter, first course, second course and dessert. The food was of good quality presented with excellent service but the price was a little high (especially cover charge and drinks).

Professional and at the same time convivial welcome: an excellent way to welcome the customer. The food was exquisite, well-prepared and balanced between quality and taste. More than sufficient cellar, especially professional in the wine proposal. There was no wine requested but I was offered an alternative with clear prices and quality. The amaro amaro test also passed with flying colors: the proposal introduced me to a new and absolutely high-quality product: the amaro Ciardon, Grand Gold Medal at the Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2021. Promoted with full marks!

We had an amazing lunch here! All food was beautiful and so delicious, especially scallops. The waiter was extremely nice and welcoming, given our group was also with a dog and a stroller, and made us feel at home.

Found this place while passing by...we had a great time...near the old bridge in Ivrea. Very nice inside. The owner is very kind and ready for every customer request. The food was excellent. So passed with full marks. Compliments!

Ormai anch’io in pensione…accetto l’invito del nuovo generale il mio amico Ulisse, ed organizziamo una gita in questa bella Ivrea dove tutti sono pazzi per carnevale ed arance 🍊!! Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto molto bene, trattoria che esplora begli abbinamenti, buoni sia i piatti di pesce che di carne. Ottime le capesante , i paccheri con ricotta e crema di caciucco, ma il petto d’anatra con il suo fois grais per me è stato il piatto migliore. Buoni ma migliorabili i dolci un po’ troppo basici per 8 euro caduno! Personale preparato e gentile. Grazie per l’accoglienza

Both the vegetarian and fish menus were excellent, showcasing a delightful balance of flavors. Our 5-year-old was also pampered, with thoughtful attention that made the experience truly family-friendly. The cadence of service was impeccable, with each course arriving at just the right moment, enhancing the overall dining experience. Excellent service all around.

Il locale è molto bello ed è nel centro storico di Ivrea, proprio all'uscita del Ponte Vecchio sulla Dora Baltea. C'è un piccolo dehor esterno e l'interno si compone di due sale suddivise idealmente tra loro dal banco bar.
Mise en place come si deve, piatti e bicchieri belli e pulitissimi. Gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità del cameriere
