We had some good food here, unfortunately ruined by the restaurants insistence on overcharging. I have a nut allergy and there was some confusion about my order, which in the end came without bread or fries (included in the price). I was told I could have grilled vegetables instead of fries, which were the same price, and in the end got given a gluten free bun, 10 minutes after my meal had arrived. When we got the bill we’d been charged the full price for the meal, with an additional charge of a portion of vegetables and for the bun. We spoke to the restaurant about this and they would only reluctantly remove the vegetables from the bill. Left a sour taste after what was a decent meal.

The guys who took over this historic venue not only did an excellent job, but they also improved it in every aspect: the vast selection of carefully chosen beers, the environment which was already unique and full of character, but now at least it has a more welcoming and clean appearance, the food is not just burgers (very good by the way) but there is a complete menu, this is not the classic pub, but much more, bread, pizza and focaccias of their own production, specials with delicacies ranging from goulash to local cheeses, the service is fast, friendly and helpful. Well done guys, I missed this place so much! Eugene

Locale affascinante, arredato benissimo.. servizio impeccabile, tutti si sono presi cura di noi senza essere invadenti o pressanti.. il Cibo era bellissimo alla vista e soprattutto delizioso.. ricercato come piace a noi.. con ingredienti anche non banali.. erano anni e anni che non tornavo e ne sono uscita molto soddisfatta!

11/07/2025: A lovely evening in a pleasant setting. Dishes were unique and unusual, tasty, and carefully prepared. The lamb sweetbreads were a lovely surprise. Bravo! It's a shame we didn't see "the Magician," because, inspired by Instagram, we chose the location and then he didn't show up... we wanted to meet the Magician... maybe next time. Only four stars for the service, because the red wine was at "summer room temperature" and had to be brought to the "right" temperature in an ice bucket. Only four stars for the food, because for us it was a bit lacking in "extra touch," such as the fried zucchini flowers (it lacked salt, perhaps a sauce, a dip, etc.) or even the zuppa inglese, which was a bit too sweet for our taste. All in all, a pleasant evening, worth the 55km trip for a dinner. Worth repeating.
01/07/2025: Welcome that makes you feel at ease, very good recommended dishes, professionalism but also that confidential tone that (at least I like it a lot) Wine that is produced right in Morro and home-made oil and home-made bread ☺️ 🔝 Thanks to the owner, his patient waiter and who was in the kitchen 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
