A very welcoming, homey trattoria serving Genoese cuisine, the number one in the Voltri area and beyond. I recommend the stockfish and pork ravioli with chestnuts (unbeatable) and make sure to book in advance.

In una location carina e accogliente, con un servizio puntuale, veloce e cordiale, troverete cibo veramente top a prezzi onestissimi. E pure abbondante! I ravioli alle acciughe sono superbi e inarrivabili, ma anche i tagliolini allo stoccafisso sono buonissimi. Di secondo lo stoccafisso soddisfa gli appassionati, stesso discorso per lo stracotto di fassona. Buono il vino della casa. 2 primi, 2 secondi, 2 dolci acqua e vino 60 euro in tutto

Pleasant trattoria with excellent Genoese food Good choice of wines..I recommend stewed stockfish..the old fashioned way… Honest prices.. I highly recommend in this torrid summer..!!!

01/12/2025: I only buy pesto for myself and my friends and take it back to Veneto. We think it's spectacular. Last time, I had to pre-order because I took 7 kg. Given the amount I spent, they gave me a few pieces of focaccia, and I have to say, I thought it was delicious.

23/11/2025: A Must-Visit Gem in Sori: Edo Bar! ​Edo Bar in Sori is a truly delightful find, and it all starts with the owner. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the proprietor is such a genuinely nice person—warm, welcoming, and attentive, which sets a wonderful, relaxed tone for the whole dining experience. ​The food itself is absolutely delicious. We opted for the pizzas, and they were outstanding! Perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients, and packed with flavor—easily some of the best pizza we've had recently. ​Beyond the incredible food and hospitality, the space is a huge plus. The venue is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate any size of group, whether you're having an intimate meal or planning a large gathering with friends or family. ​I highly recommend making a stop at Edo Bar. Fantastic hospitality, big space, and truly delicious food make this place a winner!
17/11/2025: We visited on a busy Sunday at lunchtime. The restaurant was very full so service was quite slow because there were so many tablesbto wait on. It's understandable under the circumstances. The food was good. Rustic, home cooking, comfort food in a family institution. It was a nice experience.
