Historic local trattoria in a central alley. We celebrated two birthdays with a lovely table of 23 people. The room was reserved just for us. We chose the menu based on their suggestions. Everything was excellent, including the very attentive and courteous service. To finish, a cake from the Roberto pastry shop in Erbusco. Truly a beautiful and delicious celebration. A restaurant in the center of Rovato, located in a small alley.
Very quaint and
welcoming, with tables even in the cellar, which adds to its uniqueness.
The staff is extremely attentive,
empathetic, and kind, unlike any other.
Excellent local cuisine.
Great selection of wines and champagnes.
A must-try if you come to Franciacorta.

Beautiful location in the center of Rovato with top-quality dishes. A downside is the lack of a wine list, which can't be compensated for by having a sommelier present. Guests deserve to know not only the quality of their drinks but also how much they're spending, and having to ask the sommelier can be a source of embarrassment that we'd gladly do without. I hope this is remedied.

A historic place where even the walls exude it, with designs left over from time. The air of engines with ties to the Mille Miglia, and its longevity is undoubtedly thanks to the entire kitchen staff, who prepare food as it once was—even the "banal" mashed potatoes are an experience—and the cheerful and competent table service. An excellent Sunday discovery.

Highly recommended as one of the local restaurants. Have been to 4 restaurants while staying at Franciacorta.
Ranked 1st: Osteria Quattro Rose (scrumptious food & value for money)
2nd: Miramonti l’altro - 2 star Michelin (it’s a Michelin, what do you think)
3rd: Ristorante La Dana Bianca (excellent experience of a local restaurant, with a fair price. Open 3-4 days a week, check before you go.)
4th: Al Monto (similar price as Miramonti l’altro, but different experiences)
