Good tavern in the center of the town of Cervere. Outside there is a dehor with tables. Well-kept and pleasant interior. Traditional cuisine with typical Piedmontese and local dishes. The visit is worth a nice gastronomic surprise. Fast service

Excellent quality and welcoming environment. I'm from the area and I recommend it for traditional Piedmontese dishes. Everything is really good but if you are in season don't miss the dishes with leeks (local first fruits). Excellent quality meat and obviously, as per the name of the place, unmissable desserts. The wine list also satisfies and represents Piedmont well. I always go back, never once disappointed.

I'm always happy to come back to Primi Dolci. The dishes are truly excellent, you immediately understand that the ingredients are chosen with care. The wine list does not disappoint, but the jewel in the crown are the artisanal digestives and cured meats that Massimo personally prepares in his laboratory. If you pass by here, you can't miss the entrecôte on the soapstone - the meat is aged directly by the owner and is a real delight.

I come to eat here regularly, and every time the experience is excellent. The food is always of high quality and prepared with great care. The service is impeccable: the staff are always welcoming, attentive and professional, making every visit a pleasure. A place that I highly recommend to those looking for a family atmosphere and high level service.
