The snails all'Amatriciana Cerverese at Osteria Primi Dolci should be proclaimed a UNESCO heritage site!!! The rest of the dishes are also always excellent; I only recommend avoiding the fairgrounds to be able to savor so much goodness more peacefully.

Simple place but which recalls the typical nature of the place...cervere leeks are the specialty. All excellent, fair prices

There were eight of us, left for Cervere to experience a little of the leek fair, with a community that (also) lives off this great specialty in a compact way and cooperate in all its aspects. Together with the leek producers' market, we visited this town, and at the end of a short walk we had lunch at the Osteria Primi Dolci, delighting our palate with a menu based on leeks (...with the praiseworthy exception of the desserts! !!!). Simple dishes but prepared with great care, which allowed us to fully understand the great versatility of His Majesty the Leek. 5 stars on all aspects, one less for the environment which appeared to be a little too crowded....although it is understandable that a restaurant in a town of 2200 souls tends to capitalize on the large number of visitors. There is another reason, which however did not come at the expense of quality: 4 starters, rich and well assorted, a first course, a second course and a dessert chosen from a nice variety, for ONLY 34 euros, covered water and coffee included . Chappeau!!!!

Anche quest'anno menù sublime, in gran parte rinnovato e servizio impeccabile. Bravo Massimo e complimenti a tutto lo staff. Porro cucinato con sapiente maestria.

Che dire, ambiente e qualità dei cibi davvero eccellente ma la cena in questo posto è davvero un'esperienza unica, particolare. Massimo è l'espressione della passione, ti coinvolge e ti racconta la storia dei cibi e dei vini, non andresti mai via da lì perché ti senti idavvero a casa. Noi arriviamo da Palermo per cui credo che ci torneremo la primavera prossima.

The Osteria Primi sweets is always a guarantee, the dishes that can be tasted represent in the best way the meeting between excellent quality raw materials and the impeccable cuisine of this restaurant, the service in the room goes hand in hand with the excellent dishes offered ..the only problem is knowing how to choose what to eat..one thing better than the other, highly recommended for any occasion, let yourself be pampered!
