But how nice is it to review when you've had a great experience: Non-trivial food, very good, the soup among the starters, epic! The ricotta and honey mousse was delicious and the owner was very kind. We were served with courtesy and friendliness. Recommend

As requested by the owner, I will explain the reason for the note. Environment (Note 4) The place is beautiful inside, but the outside needed more care as it would have gone unnoticed if I hadn't researched it online. Service (Note 3) The owner is very kind and despite our difficulty with the language, we managed to place the order. After we ordered the dish, there was no one else to serve us. I think when they saw that we would only eat one dish, the focus went to other customers. Food (Note 2) This is the opinion of the dish I ordered. It was breaded fish and breaded vegetables. I thought it was an unbalanced dish. There was only fat. I may have ordered wrong, but an unbalanced dish like this couldn't even be on the menu. One tip would be breaded fish, steamed vegetables and perhaps a third element that doesn't involve fat. I'm a fan of Italian food and I confess that I was a little disappointed with the food, which would be the most important thing. We were really very happy! I adjusted the score by the average. I don't want to teach anyone how to cook, but a balanced dish can't just have fat.

The food was excellent, my wife is a vegetarian and they adapted her Gnocchi dish (delicious), the tagliatele for 10. The menu varies every X month, the Google photos are not updated. The waitress service was excellent too!! Highly recommended to go.

Service was great. The owner/server was engaging, funny, endulged us in conversation and did overall great at keeping an eye on everything running smoothly

My advice, go here! You will not be disappointed. Francesco and his team will provide you with a tremendous, genuine insight in to the menu, made entirely from local produce. We had a fantastic meal, everything fresh and flavoursome. Plenty of options for dietery reqs. Oh! And If you want to enjoy wine, Francesco will happily pair wines to your choice of dish. And he did this for us perfectly well. We tried wines we can not talk highly enough about from lesser known own regions. If you love learning about wine, you will be as over joyed as I was! Francescos knowledge is very helpful and insightful and delivered in good relaxed humour. Seriously, go here. It was genuinely the perfect meal. Fully recommended 👌

Extremely welcoming place...excellent food with careful and selected choice of local raw materials...both fish and meat as well as vegetables even unusual for the season...not to mention the kindness, courtesy and preparation of the owner who welcomed us (there were four of us for dinner last night) like old friends... we will definitely be back, involving other friends...

Cena davvero ottima. Personale davvero gentile e preparato. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. La qualità del cibo e delle preparazioni erano davvero ottimi. Il prezzo giustissimo per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Ci tornerò sicuramente tante e tante altre volte. Ps super gentili con gli amici a quattro zampe anche la mia cagnolina è stata coccolata dalla loro gentilezza

Dopo tanti anni di frequentazione della zona scoprire l’Osteria Pratellino e’ stata una bellissima sorpresa. Prodotti di ottima qualita’ per un’autentica cucina toscana. Atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante, prezzi adeguati per la qualita’ e il servizio. Torneremo !
