Imagination, technique, top-quality products... this and much more I found in this pizzeria headed by a young and talented pizza chef (and more). An inviting, innovative, and tasty pizza selection. The doughs are fantastic. I tried the traditional one and found it perfect: crispy but not dry, with a perfect chew until the last bite. The staff were kind and highly knowledgeable. They were kind and attentive with their entrees and delicious end-of-meal treats. Bravo. Very much so. Must try.

We visited Ostu and had a truly excellent experience. The welcoming and refined atmosphere immediately puts you at ease, with attentive and friendly service. We tried a gourmet focaccia and a "Carmagnola meets Cetara" gourmet pizza: both were surprising for the quality of the ingredients and the harmony of the flavors. The focaccia was soft yet fragrant, with a balanced topping; the pizza, with its light crust, expertly combined traditional ingredients in a creative and highly successful combination. A must-try for anyone who loves high-end contemporary pizza.

I'd never been there before, and I have to say it's the best pizza I've ever eaten. All this, combined with the truly kind and attentive owners, who show truly rare customer service. How wonderful to find pizzas without the crust, which I hate. Super crispy and soft at the same time, with the attention to detail typical of true professionals, as they are. Congratulations to all of you!!!

Local excellence. More than just a pizzeria. Great attention to detail and choice of ingredients. Not just a simple pizzeria, but a pursuit of flavor and customer satisfaction. An excellent selection of drinks is also available, including top-notch wines and beers. The average price is high, but justified by the above points. They're celebrating 25 years in business.

10/10/2025: While visiting Balme, we found this delightful chalet-restaurant and decided to make a reservation for dinner. It's a delightful and welcoming place, both for its simple, warm decor and for its friendly owners. I love these places and persistently seek them out because the authenticity of the setting matches the simplicity and deliciousness of the dishes offered. I wasn't wrong this time either, and we'll definitely be back as soon as possible. The dishes are prepared with love and skill, delicious, and perfect in every way. Piedmontese cuisine at its finest. The house wine is excellent, and the desserts are a treat for the palate. A final consideration (and a very important one for me) is that there's no annoying television or background music. Just pleasant, polite chatter accompanied by the clatter of plates and cutlery. A rare haven of tranquility these days, one that I hope will last until I have the chance to return.

10/08/2025: Our Sunday lunch at your restaurant was undoubtedly an EXCELLENT CHOICE. The owner was friendly and courteous, and the service was prompt and attentive, even though the restaurant quickly filled up. The food was spectacular, with a special mention for the vitello tonnato, the best we've tasted since living in Piedmont. The house staff were truly attentive and not cloying. The portions were generous. My only complaint would be the location, which is intimate but a bit too dark. Nothing that curtains on the window, less dim lighting, and light-colored tablecloths can't fix. Otherwise, highly recommended. EXCELLENT CHOICE.
