A very extensive menu with a wide variety of choices. They also offer two tasting menus, one for two people and the other for four, with the option of pairing various wines. We tried a bit of everything; the focaccias are simply amazing; the mix of doughs, yeasts, and baking methods make them truly fantastic! I probably had too high expectations for the pizzas, which were partly not fully met: the pizzas and dough were very good, the ingredients excellent, but they didn't leave a lasting impression like the focaccias. I would describe the tasting menu for two as interesting, with bruschetta with raw meat and truffle and other delicious treats. I would have expected a few more slices of pizza than what arrived, but the price was justified by the quality of the ingredients. The desserts also deserve a special mention, some homemade, like the panettone or the chocolate bun, and the Tarte Tatin was also delicious! Overall, a great experience.
