Excellent, easy-to-digest pizza. Friendly owners. The place is a bit small, but clean and tidy. We'll be back.

Very convenient pizzeria near the Oulet with ample parking in front. Very small and the tables are a bit crowded, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pizza dough has to be to your liking; they start with type 2 flour, so it's not the classic pizza you're used to, but it's still really soft and easy to digest. The only downside is the Recco-style focaccia, which isn't even close to the original: thick dough, and most importantly, the flour is the same as pizza. I wouldn't recommend it. The beers are excellent. Prices are a bit high.

23/05/2026: I rarely give 5 stars for everything...but I can say that it is the best aperitif in Casale Monferrato.
23/02/2026: The atmosphere is decidedly unique and pleasant. Extremely friendly staff. They also offer a set menu, featuring traditional cuisine that far exceeds expectations. The food is excellent and authentic, with generous portions. They also offer small complimentary tastings. The price is decidedly competitive for the quality and quantity. Excellent venue.

14/06/2026: Excellent atmosphere with always prepared staff and excellent dishes, for example I had the ostrich with potatoes for the first time and I recommend it.
