I had the pleasure of having lunch at Osteria Pignata e Cucchiara and I was won over by their pasta alla gricia, simply delicious! This welcoming venue offers an authentic culinary experience, with typical dishes of the Lazio tradition. The pasta alla gricia was truly exceptional! The pasta was cooked al dente, the bacon was crunchy and tasty and the pecorino romano was plentiful and of excellent quality. A simple but perfectly executed dish that made me lick my chops. The tavern has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with rustic and refined furnishings. I immediately felt at ease, like I was at a friend's house. The staff was very efficient and friendly, always ready to satisfy my requests with a smile. I highly recommend Osteria Pignata e Cucchiara to those who want to enjoy real Ciociaria cuisine in an informal and welcoming environment.
