We had dinner at this restaurant on the recommendation of another merchant from Polignano. Right from the start, the friendliness of the guys in the room and their knowledge of food and wine made us understand that we were in good hands. We ate really well and were also pleasantly surprised by the bill. We recommend this place to everyone, it is worth it for the skill of the staff and the correctness of the owner. Furthermore, it is also in the centre, a stone's throw from the statue of Domenico Modugno.

La comida era buena, pero nada extraordinario. No estoy seguro de dónde vienen todas las críticas geniales. Una falta para nosotros.

A very pleasant welcome. Real advice on dishes. Upon our request for wine, we were offered a local red which is not yet on the menu. A revelation at 25th! Carefully prepared dishes. A place not to be missed because the value for money is exceptional. Well done to the whole team.

Four stars because the red wine and desert (cannoli) were really too cold, otherwise the food was great.

Excellent food and service. Small and cozy place, with good wines. We ate the Occhieta pasta with ragù, the best we have eaten in Italy in the 20 days we have been traveling. The meat is spectacular!! Highly recommended. We already booked for Thursday because we have to try the entire menu

Hvis du vælger denne restaurant, skal du være forberedt på, at der er stor forskel på kvaliteten af retterne! Jeg havde set meget frem til at besøge denne restaurant pga. de mange gode anmeldelser. Jeg fik tre af deres retter: * Busiade-pasta med royal beef og fosse cheese sauce - 2/5 stjerner. Meget skuffende. Næsten skammeligt at kalde sig en kød-restuarant og så servere så intetsigende kødstykker, som mest af alt smagte af hakkekød fra kølemonteren. Der var intet smag i saucen, som samtidig havde samme konsistens som pastavand. 12 euro. * Melon-mousse - 3/5. Som man kan forvente, men heller ikke mere end det. 5 euro. * Bombette. 12/10! What a dish! Nok noget af det mest smagfulde jeg nogensinde har smagt. Klart denne ret som trak hele oplevelsen gevaldigt op. Samlet set alt for stor forskel på kvaliteten af retterne, men bombetten trak det hele op. Restauranten er nødt til at hæve sit bundniveau.
