We had dinner at this restaurant on the recommendation of another merchant from Polignano. Right from the start, the friendliness of the guys in the room and their knowledge of food and wine made us understand that we were in good hands. We ate really well and were also pleasantly surprised by the bill. We recommend this place to everyone, it is worth it for the skill of the staff and the correctness of the owner. Furthermore, it is also in the centre, a stone's throw from the statue of Domenico Modugno.

Fue una decepción. Cuidado que el menú es muy cárnico
Muy pequeño lugar y los servidores no eran serviciales en comparación con nuestras otras grandes experiencias en la ciudad. La comida era buena, pero nada extraordinario.
No estoy seguro de dónde vienen todas las críticas geniales. Una falta para nosotros.

A very pleasant welcome.
Real advice on dishes.
Upon our request for wine, we were offered a local red which is not yet on the menu. A revelation at 25th!
Carefully prepared dishes. A place not to be missed because the value for money is exceptional.

Excellent food and service. Small and cozy place, with good wines. We ate the Occhieta pasta with ragù, the best we have eaten in Italy in the 20 days we have been traveling. The meat is spectacular!!
Highly recommended. We already booked for Thursday because we have to try the entire menu
