My wife and I had a divine dinner, the dishes were extraordinary. I consider the restaurant to be the best in Gavi and also in the area.

We had a great time...the food was good, with classic and innovative dishes, well presented, based on what I saw on the menu. The wine was excellent, and the staff was friendly, cheerful, and cheerful. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, though in my opinion it wasn't entirely in keeping with the historical context.

As a sommelier and food and wine enthusiast, I always seek authenticity in flavor, and here at Piemontemare I found it. I ordered an exceptional beef tartare: a perfect knife cut that preserved the meat's texture, masterfully enhanced by the savory bagna cauda and the sweetness of the roasted peppers. A balance of flavors that's hard to find.
Next, the Tajerin al tocco: rich pasta, just the right amount of crust, enveloped in a flavorful and deep meat sauce that tastes of tradition.
To accompany it all, a glass of Barbera: an ideal choice for its acidity that cleansed the palate from the richness of the bagna cauda and the sauce. Attentive service and top-quality ingredients. A must-try for those who love authentic Piedmontese cuisine. Highly recommended.

Christmas dinner with university friends, five couples, at least four bottles of wine and several bottles of water, an appetizer and a first course or a first course and a second course each, some dessert, some coffee, some liqueur, we spent €112 per couple. I especially had ravioli drowned in wine, a pairing I wasn't particularly fond of, while for the main course, an excellent cheek with polenta, so soft it could be cut with a fork; for dessert, it tasted like a chocolate brick, if I'm not mistaken. We had a great time anyway; the place was lovely and the staff were friendly.

This osteria truly surprised me. It's a place with a time-honored feel, making me feel like I was at my grandmother's house. The dishes are all excellent, offering a choice between traditional Piedmontese and Ligurian dishes. The service is friendly and impeccable.
