We went to Osteria Pico and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. The food was truly excellent, with authentic flavors and attention to detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and truly enjoyable.
Special thanks to our waitress Giulia, who was incredibly kind, smiling, and very professional. Her service made the evening even more enjoyable.
We will definitely be back and I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and feel welcomed!

Everything was excellent; we recommend the homemade macaroni. The cover charge of three euros per person seemed a bit steep.

If you're looking for traditional Matera cuisine, this is the place to be.
Pork cooked to perfection, and the crusco pepper is the real star of the show!
Super friendly staff, and portions that can be described as exaggerated! I ordered for one person, and two easily ate!
I'll definitely be back!

A wonderful experience on a bitterly cold day. The Pico appetizer for two is highly recommended. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the orecchiette pasta. I recommend it for the attentive service and the price.

The experience didn't start off on the right foot. I headed for the entrance but was sent elsewhere. CHANGE THE SIGN. The location remains charming and very quaint, but the staff wasn't very attentive. With the place half empty, they forgot a dish, but that can happen. The bread was 3 or 4 days old, and the traditional dishes often lacked character and flavor.
