Passing through Sondrio for a few days' vacation in Valmalenco, I discovered Osteria Petrus, right in the city center. The daily fixed-price menu offers gourmet dishes of excellent quality, meticulously prepared and truly surprising. The staff is young, professional, and attentive to their guests' needs, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. It was a truly positive experience: so satisfying that I booked for the following day as well. Highly recommended!

30/11/2025: Sunday lunch with a set menu. Excellent food, generous portions, and friendly, helpful staff. They also offered gluten-free and lactose-free options so everyone could eat the same amount of dishes on the menu without missing out. We'll definitely be back.

20/01/2026: What can I say... Soltojo is a guarantee. The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming. Dining at this restaurant is a truly magical experience, the waterfall providing the backdrop for an evening you'll never forget. But the star of the dinner is undoubtedly the menu. You can choose "à la carte" or indulge in the various tasting menus. Each course has its own story, the dishes are created with meticulous care and precision, and the pairings will leave you speechless, not to mention the delicious welcome entrees and the small pastries to finish. As I was saying, this restaurant is undoubtedly a guarantee. Highly recommended. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👌🏼
04/01/2026: Excellent experience. I visited this restaurant and found it very interesting: the cuisine isn't strictly traditional, but combines different influences, including Eastern ones. A cuisine that amazes.
