We discovered this truly unique little place by chance, located in the heart of the city. Driven by hunger, we started with a smoked beef tartare served with blueberry jam: absolutely worth a try! I continued with a tender tagliata, while my husband chose a marinated trout first course: both dishes were delicious. A tasty and unexpected experience that truly won us over.

A small restaurant in the alleys of downtown Sondrio, offering a solid selection of traditional Valtellina and mainstream dishes, revisited in an original and delicious way. The dishes we tried were bold and delicious, and the portions were generous; we left feeling full. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. For two appetizers, one first course, one second course, one dessert, two bottles of water, and a Prosecco, we paid €87. We were also treated to a homemade cookie and a amaro. We would recommend it.

POLENTA AND EGGS At €18, it's a bit steep.
Excellent appetizers, and the "Osso Duro" dish is recommended: a meat tartare on a bone with piping hot marrow and saffron sauce.
The risotto and pasta with fish sauce were very good.
Nice place, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
A slightly jarring change was made to the meat dish "polenta and ribs" and the request was made with two fried eggs instead of ribs, but the price was maintained as if it were a meat main course. Nothing changes in terms of the final price of the table, but €18 for two eggs and polenta seemed a bit steep.
In any case, a good place, we'll be back.

A very welcoming place, tastefully decorated, with friendly and knowledgeable staff and delicious dishes. It's definitely not a typical tourist spot, and I say this as a tourist: Petrus was recommended to us by a local, and that was greatly appreciated. Petrus is chosen by customers who come there to treat themselves. Highly recommended.

Siamo capitati qui perché cercavamo un ristorante sulla strada per Isolaccia, possibilmente a Sondrio. Arrivare è semplicissimo, basta parcheggiare al parcheggio a 100 m, comodissimo.
Le materie prime sono ottime, si percepisce nei gusti dei vari piatti.
Come antipasto abbiamo preso la tartare, ottima e gli sciatt, davvero spettacolari.
Come primo dei pizzoccheri che, a detta di chi li ha presi(e che ne ha provati parecchi) sono i migliori mai mangiati.
Come secondo ho voluto provare Taroz e Trota.
I Taroz hanno un gusto che consente di apprezzare il formaggio (si sente che non è il solito formaggio "da supermercato ")
La trota gustosissima cosi come i contorni che nel piatto non sono messi "tanto per" ma sono deliziosi.
Come dolce una bella saracena, un dolce che mi ha veramente stupito, visto che mi è stato consigliato e che di solito prediligo il tiramisù.
Morale: prima di uscire abbiamo prenotato per il ritorno, stavolta sapremo gia cosa prendere.
Infine: il prezzo, ottimo, la cortesia del personale, top, nonostante fossimo arrivati alle 14.
Menzione speciale per i biscottini fatti in casa che vengono serviti col caffe, anch'essi ottimi
