A wonderful restaurant in the center of Sondrio. The meat options are varied and of excellent quality. The menu offers several options, including vegetarian options, which is a real plus. Kudos also to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!

After a long, impressive climb up Monte Legnone, I arrived in Sondrio late on Saturday evening. In search of something to eat, I wandered through the town until I came across an inviting restaurant in an atmospheric, picturesque alley. Without a reservation, I walked in and asked if there was room for one more person. I was warmly welcomed and kindly seated at the bar with a drink to wait for a table. From that moment on, I felt really welcome – the staff spoke English as best as they could and their warm manner of communication, combined with sincere body language, immediately made me feel comfortable. I finally decided to stay at the bar to dine, with a view of the open kitchen. After ordering a beautiful piece of entrecote, I could literally see it being prepared in front of me – a wonderful experience. The meat was perfectly cooked, the funghi tasty and full of aroma. A beautiful Valpolicella Ripasso was opened especially for me by the glass, which went perfectly with the dish. The staff and the kitchen came by regularly to check if everything was to my liking, which led to a number of spontaneous, fun conversations. The dessert was delicious, and to finish I was recommended a local digestif: a glass of Braulio. I didn't know it, but the maître d' and the rest of the team spoke passionately about the drink and the region. As icing on the cake, the drink was even offered to me on the house. This evening was more than just good food - it was hospitality in its purest form. The warmth, the food, the atmosphere... it made my evening complete. Thank you for this special experience. Graci! We felt called by the sign, simple and in a little-traveled alley. As soon as we crossed the threshold, we were immediately won over by the atmosphere, soft and warm, with jazz music in the background that cradled every moment and furniture that rewarded the wood well. The service really spoiled us. The dishes made us literally enjoy 🤤 Excellent quality of the food and culinary wisdom in making the best of it both on the plate and in the mouth. Recommended wine pairing proved to be perfect. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return, from Milan, on the first special occasion.

Restaurant located in the center of Sondrio in a hidden street. A place that immediately makes you understand that you have made an excellent choice. Everything perfect: atmosphere, food (excellent house red wine) and hospitality. I must say that going to Sondrio was a good choice. The bill was proportionate to the excellent lunch. Seeing is believing💯💯💯💯👍

Siamo capitati qui perché cercavamo un ristorante sulla strada per Isolaccia, possibilmente a Sondrio. Arrivare è semplicissimo, basta parcheggiare al parcheggio a 100 m, comodissimo. Le materie prime sono ottime, si percepisce nei gusti dei vari piatti. Come antipasto abbiamo preso la tartare, ottima e gli sciatt, davvero spettacolari. Come primo dei pizzoccheri che, a detta di chi li ha presi(e che ne ha provati parecchi) sono i migliori mai mangiati. Come secondo ho voluto provare Taroz e Trota. I Taroz hanno un gusto che consente di apprezzare il formaggio (si sente che non è il solito formaggio "da supermercato ") La trota gustosissima cosi come i contorni che nel piatto non sono messi "tanto per" ma sono deliziosi. Come dolce una bella saracena, un dolce che mi ha veramente stupito, visto che mi è stato consigliato e che di solito prediligo il tiramisù. Morale: prima di uscire abbiamo prenotato per il ritorno, stavolta sapremo gia cosa prendere. Infine: il prezzo, ottimo, la cortesia del personale, top, nonostante fossimo arrivati alle 14. Menzione speciale per i biscottini fatti in casa che vengono serviti col caffe, anch'essi ottimi

18/07/2025: A refined and tasteful restaurant. Excellent service, polite and never intrusive, with great courtesy. The staff's taste, unfortunately, was not satisfied, with portions truly small and too "wanna be." The raw materials are trendy for 2025, with Glacier 51 fish and wagyu (I don't remember if all Japanese or from other continents) of excellent quality, but certainly no more impressive than other traditionally defined "poor" raw materials. A restaurant that certainly aims to offer an experience, including a visual one. Perfect if you're looking for this kind of experience.

08/08/2025: I renew my review from a few years ago always 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Refuge located in a postcard location. Young and friendly staff. I returned for the Saraceno cake.
07/08/2025: The scenery is as stunning as the refuge itself, nestled among lakes, peaks, and cows. It's easily accessible on foot or by mountain bike. The food is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming (a big plus). I highly recommend it.
