Stumbled upon this place accidentally. The food was incredible and the staff was patient with us not speaking Italian and helpful in suggesting what to order. We had the lobster pasta and seafood pasta. Both were incredibly fresh and tasty.

The price is good, the food is fresh and the portions are sufficient. I really recommend it.

Reading the reviews I thought better. I had spaghetti with seafood, good but nothing more, and shared a fried calamari, disappointing. Maybe it was an unlucky evening. Friendly staff.

After another disappointing experience at one of the restaurants inside the Serravalle Outlet last week, I decided to check out the restaurants outside the facility. Reading some of the reviews, I was struck by the Osteria Pesca e Mangia restaurant and so yesterday in the morning I called to book a table for two for half. Lucky I had booked! At 12.30 there were already many tables occupied. We ordered two risottos alla pescatora (excellent and plentiful, see photo), I then also enjoyed the calamari and mushroom skewers (good, very soft calamari) while my mother went straight to dessert, a good cappuccino semifreddo. The service was courteous and professional, right on time (cooking the risotto requires a minimum of waiting as it should). We found the dishes abundant in quantity, exquisite, well presented and with lots of shellfish. Often risotto alla pescatora is served with many empty or closed shells to be thrown away, here they were all open and with the mollusc visible. We accompanied lunch with a quarter of sparkling white wine (discreet) and half a liter of water. What else to say? Congratulations to the chefs, the owners but also to all the staff of the restaurant-tavern, I will certainly return because we ate really well! The restaurant is also a takeaway delicatessen. The restaurant is clean and tidy, perhaps not particularly characteristic but still pleasant for a well-cooked fish-based lunch or dinner. It is located on the ground floor of a building, not far from the Serravalle Scrivia motorway exit on the A7. In front of the entrance there are some parking spaces but not many given the proximity of a shop selling pet products. At the back of the building the parking spaces are reserved for residents but if you take a walk in the surrounding area you will find parking. P.S.: booking is highly recommended
