This establishment had relocated. Now it's an open kitchen, and it's lovely to see women cooking in such a cheerful atmosphere. The grilled fish was overcooked, but the Ligurian-style fish was incredibly tender. Unfortunately, the risotto was far too overcooked.

We were very hungry and ordered two pastas, one fried calamari, and one grilled octopus. To say it was too much for two would be an understatement! The portions are huge, the food is delicious, and everything is fresh. The service is wonderful, everything is clean and very nice. The only thing I would recommend is that the restaurant expand its selection of wines by the glass and allow you to buy wine by the glass from the menu, as the wines available by the glass are not of high quality.

24/08/2025: On Sunday, August 24th, I called to reserve a table for lunch. The owner was courteous and accommodating to my request. The restaurant is very welcoming and ideal for couples and families, with excellent service and friendliness. Regarding the choices I made (Fassona tartare and ravioli al tuccu), both the portions and the ingredients were of excellent quality and deliciousness. The flavors were delicate and decidedly delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant, as the friendly staff and the food are a perfect combination for an absolutely positive experience at the Molare restaurant.

26/12/2025: A lovely restaurant in the Tortona hills, an oasis of peace and tranquility. We were invited by friends from Alessandria. The appetizers, first courses, and second courses were delicious. We'll definitely be back in the summer to dine outside. Excellent!
30/11/2025: Historic restaurant in Montemarzino. In a panoramic location, it offers beautifully cooked and presented local specialties. The ingredients used are excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service is prompt and precise. The staff is friendly and attentive. A must-try in any season. Excellent value for money.
