The environment is comfortable, warm and intimate: perfect for spending a Sunday with the family immersed in tranquility. The owner is really very kind, as are the waiters, always available, qualified and smiling. The menu offers typical Piedmontese cuisine; the food is excellent: the quality reflects the price. I recommend the pumpkin gnocchi with Bra sausage and porcini mushrooms.

Ottima location in centro ad Acqui terme sito nel quartiere del vino. Pranzo gradevole e servizio impeccabile. Locale molto bello e disposto a menadito. Bellissimo

Very nice place, with particular details, in the historic center of Acqui Terme, beautiful location, friendly, helpful and friendly staff, excellent food and good variety, the vitello tonnato special, but everything excellent, even the value for money! We had a very good time! Must try, recommended!

Tutto molto piacevole incluso il servizio ai tavoli che ha reso nostra figlia la protagonista del pranzo. Ottimi agnolotti al ragù di fastosa, ma anche gli gnocchi di zucca alla salsiccia di Bra e funghi. Assaggio di liquore alle nocciole e tiramisù da resuscitare i morti. Braccia in spalla ed un po' brilli a spasso per Acqui Terme.

We ate very well: you can feel that everything is genuine and home-prepared, generous portions. Among other things, when it came to the bill, the owner gave us a generous discount, apologizing for the waiting time even though in fact we hadn't waited too long. Really very satisfied. Highly recommended!

27/10/2024: Aperto il 4 marzo 2004 come winebar poi ristorante fino al 27 gennaio di quest'anno, chiudendo così il "ventennio" degli storici Giuseppe Martelli e Cinzia Natali; dal 23 aprile l'attuale gestione. Di fronte, lungo vico Buttà, il caratteristico dehors con 30 coperti che viene allestito nella bella stagione. Varcato l'ingresso la saletta con il bancone per la mescita e tre botti in rovere utilizzate come tavolini, proseguendo a sinistra la saletta con 12 coperti, 28 nella sala a destra con la cucina parzialmente a vista; a seguire l'accesso per la bellissima cantina dove si può cenare con vista sul caveau del vino, 22 i posti disponibili; è in programma anche il recupero di un crutin. Chef Stefano; in sala il titolare Luca D'Andrea e Inis. Piacevolissima musica soft in sottofondo; il pranzo: Vino: - Alta Langa DOCG Metodo Classico "Cinquecento Brut Millesimato" az. Vite Colte. Pane bianco e focaccia maison; grissini normali, grissini integrali e schiacciata di produzione artigianale. Entrée: - cialda con farina di castagne, porcini, salsa ai frutti di bosco, speck croccante e gelée al Vermouth. PRIMI: - ravioli di castagne, scarola, olive e uvetta al sugo di noci (dai piatti del giorno). - risotto al blu di capra e lamponi. SECONDI: - frittura di pesce con verdure e panissa. - acciughe fritte con maionese aromatizzata (al nero di seppia, allo yuzu, al wasabi). Caffè a chiudere. Carta dei vini con 200 etichette ma sono solo una parte di quelli presenti in cantina, ottima la scelta al calice. Non è previsto il menù degustazione; à la carte 5 antipasti da 15 a 19€; 5 primi da 16 a 19€; 6 secondi da 16 a 34€; 5 "inoltre" da 13 a 26€; 4 piatti del giorno da 14 a 16€; 5 dessert da 9 a 12€. Ampia scelta di vini e piatti tra tradizione e rivisitazioni, gentilezza in sala. A fine pranzo i nostri complimenti. 07/02/2025: The best! historic restaurant Delicious food and wine in a relaxed atmosphere Although it was a cold day, the inside of the restaurant was warm and relaxing, making for a relaxing meal. Fun conversation with the shop staff Thank you!
01/12/2024: Premise: I don't like meat very much. I decide to celebrate my birthday here because I see that the presentation mostly talks about mushrooms, truffles and, of course, meat. I open the menu and discover that there is only one first course of mushrooms, tagliolini (which I take, and they are very good). I ask the waiter for information, always very kind, who tells me that it's no longer the season... Okay, I wasn't expecting fried mushrooms, but if between the presentation and many reviews I read about many dishes with mushrooms, I expect there to be more courses ... Too bad! an entire menu of truffles only, but no more mushrooms. Maybe specifying that the menu is only in full season would have been appreciated. I then decide to take the appetizer of 6 tastings, good......and of course the tagliolini. Nice and elegant atmosphere. House wine ok.
