From the moment we walked in, the experience felt special, starting with a complimentary glass of Prosecco that set the tone for the evening. The ambiance is beautiful, warm, and inviting, making it perfect for a memorable night out.
The highlight was definitely the Parmesan pasta, ordered by my son, made tableside, such a unique and delicious experience. My husband ordered the dry-aged beef, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I had the ravioli, and it was incredible, the sauce was delicious and you can tell that it’s made with so much care and love.
The service was excellent from beginning to end, attentive without being overwhelming. To top it all off, we were treated to a complimentary limoncello, which was the perfect finishing touch.
Overall, a beautiful restaurant with amazing food, thoughtful service, and an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing food and excellent service! We walked in and didn’t wait too long, there were always certain places for people who had no reservations.
This was the most surprising restaurant that I have been to in Italy. It definitely worths a try!

Easily one of the bests dishes I have ever had. Perfect execution, presentation, volume and taste. I strongly recommend ordering the most popular dish they have which is the Tagliatelle flambe al tartufo fresco in crosta di grana padano

The truffle pasta is delicious, no doubt about it, but for €28 the dish should have more grams per person, as a single plate of pasta will leave you hungry. The service was quite slow and not very attentive; however, before ordering, they bring you a glass of sparkling wine and appetizers. I didn't really like the atmosphere; there's no privacy, and you're seated at the same table with other diners. I think it's a restaurant with good food, small portions, a noisy atmosphere, and a lot of hype on social media, but that's all. I wouldn't go back.

Our visit to Osteria Pastella was the highlight of our Florence trip! We didn't have a reservation and had to wait in line, but they made it so pleasant by serving complimentary Prosecco to everyone waiting. Once seated, the small appetizers and hospitality continued. The Beef and Tortellini were outstanding—absolutely delicious! To top it off, they offered Limoncello after we paid the bill. The staff is incredibly kind and professional. Highly recommended for an authentic and generous Italian experience!

The food isn't bad, but I think it's more because it became famous through TikTok than anything else. I find it expensive, and there are 50 other places in Florence where you can eat just as well, or much better, for less. I wouldn't recommend it and I wouldn't go back.
The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice, but it doesn't justify the price.

This is a super famous restaurant. I originally planned to eat there the night before, but there was a long queue outside, so I recommend making a reservation for dinner. The next day at noon, I just walked in, and there were still plenty of seats available.
They start with sparkling sweet white wine, and bread is a must. There's also a savory fried dough dish, served with Limoncello afterward for an extra €3 per person.
🍄Truffle Pasta €28 Almost every table orders this. They put on a show at your table: a large chunk of cheese is poured over brandy, set on fire to melt it, then scraped off pieces to stir-fry the pasta, and finally, a truffle rain. A very photogenic, Instagram-worthy dish.
This place is on the pricier side, all hype, but the taste is actually just okay. The pasta's texture is average, the seasoning is very simple—just cheese and truffle flavor—and the sauce is thick and greasy, becoming quite cloying towards the end. The Centopoveri restaurant around the corner that I ate at last night was a hundred times cheaper and tastier.

The flambéed cheese and truffle pasta is a must-order; one person can easily finish a whole plate. The T-bone steak was grilled to a beautiful charred exterior, but some parts were too rare to eat much of; it would have been better if it was cooked evenly.
Amazing food, impeccable service! Came with complimentary welcome drink, fried cheese balls (which were amazing) and bread. Server was really nice and could communicate well in English, and we ended up going with her recommendations and all ended up being amazing! We would recommend the ones we tried:
1. Grilled calamari with cured pork and lemon, on squid ink sauce
2. Carbonara on the cheese wheel with truffle (I’m not a fan on truffle but this is still really tasty)
3. Pasta filled with ricotta cheese and spinach on the tomato base (comes in either tomato or butter)
4. Cut up beef on mashed potato’s, both amazing. (The steak on the bones were really heavy up to 1kg so we couldn’t try those)
5. Lemon mousse
