Great food. We had the truffle pasta. It was great but very rich. Good for 2 people. Also had the octopus and caprese salad

A bunch of Americans making their first trip to Italy stopped by this place in Florence for our first meal in country. Important - place opens at 7PM for dinner and it is highly recommended that you have a reservation. Our party of 6 got a nice table in the back. It was hot inside (early September) and I believe the server mentioned they recently had a power outage that effected their A/C. Anyway, service was attentive and friendly though we didn't always understand what they said. Remember that it is not common to have checks broken up and that a per person service charge (servico) of around 3 euros is added to your bill. Still don't understand the proper tipping rules in Italy, so we tipped as Americans at 10-20% and the staff seemed happy! You can get water in either "Still" or "Fizzy" (sparkling) and is was around 5 euros per bottle. Food was fairly priced and was fast and as you can imagine, was delicious. I had a wild boar tagliatelle that was outstanding, along with a caprese salad. Several others in the group had a Flambe, which was prepared right in front of the table. After 2 appetizers, 3 bottles of water, 6 entrees, 2 side salads (Caprese) and 2 desserts the ticket came up to around 230 Euros... a fair price. Place was packed when we left and I'd love to go back here if I ever return to Florence. Would highly recommend... and don't forget the reservation. People start lining up on the street 15-20 minutes before the place opens. Only street parking from what I saw so try to walk there if possible. Enjoy!

The best pasta I've ever eaten in my life!!!!!

The food was fantastic great presentation with the flambe cheese wheel.

The truffle pasta flambé was hands down the best I’ve ever had — it truly lives up to its reputation. My partner got the wild boar Ragu which was really lacking in flavour though. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and thoughtful. We were greeted with delicious fried cheese balls and glasses of Prosecco, and at the end treated to complimentary limoncello. Every detail, from the food to the service, made this a memorable dining experience.

Since a fun spot. Saw the “flaming fettuccine” (what I call it) on YouTube and had to have it. The presentation was fun and it tasted amazing. Also had the steak Florentine…equally amazing.

We had an absolute wonderful dinner. We did not have a reservation, which did lead to a LONG WAIT. So I would recommend planning ahead and make a reservation. The line was soo long. However, we were given 1 complementary wine while we waited. The dinner was delicious, we left sooo full. My husband said it was the best lasagna of his life. We would definitely return.

Service is superb. The pasta also very good. Definitely a tourist place but we enjoyed our lunch and would recommend. Reservation needed.

Amazing food! It wasnt possible to book as there was not any availability the days we wanted. But we went around 7:30 pm we waited for around 45' which was worth it! The staff was very polity and helpful They served us a prosceco while we were waiting ... There was a long queue but usually you find a sitting .. Everything we tasted was delicious !!!!!!

Al igual que muchos otros, vi este lugar en TikTok y quería probarlo por mí mismo - puedo confirmar que la pasta viral de rueda de queso de trufa es impresionante y estoy muy contento de haberlo pedido. Sí tuvimos que hacer cola durante alrededor de una hora (porque las reservas en línea se llenan con antelación) , pero amablemente nos trajeron una bebida complementaria para tomar mientras esperábamos. Lo único un poco decepcionante fue que, una vez dentro, se sentía un poco como si te estuvieran apurando para que la gente pudiera entrar y salir lo más rápido posible. Además, debido a su gran popularidad habrá muchos teléfonos / personas filmando la rueda de queso a medida que se acerca al restaurante, así que ten esto en cuenta si eso es algo que te molestaría.
