This is the kind of place you want to go for a perfect night out. ❤️ The Osteria is historical and located within the original city walls of Riva del Garda. It's been recently restored to its original glory and is just beautiful with unique touches all around. My wife and I were greeted by the host with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere, the food is local and wonderful, and the service is spot on for what you want for a romantic night out. Try to local wines, cheeses and meats, the slow roasted pork is AMAZING! This is what you hope for when you're looking for an amazing restaurant in Italy! WOW!!! This place deserves 100/10!!! We have been several times the last year since this place has been refurbished and WOW!! This place is stunning, If feels so cozy and elegant. The staff is attentive and soooo very sweet, they make you feel like family. The food was amazing and beyond what I was expecting. My favourites were toasted bread with patanegra lard, walnuts and honey, and the slow cooked pig tenderloin wrapped in speck. The wine selection was great and the staff were amazing at finding the perfect wine for us!

Wow, wow, wow! I give it 5 stars in every area! The food was absolutely spectacular, the dishes are bursting with flavor, all with amazing wines that paired so well with the dishes we ordered! The waiters are all super attentive and very very kind, and social (if that’s what you want)! My family and I felt extremely happy after our meal, and did not feel nudged or rushed despite the long queue there was. I found the only bottle of wine I ever actually LOVED and all because of the lovely man named Vale who recommended this after trying to understand what my taste was, now I am looking for it everywhere. Also, the building is super well kept, clean, tidy, and beautiful all around, the restaurant has such a cosy feeling which are all reasons why we continue to come and will continue to. I recommend this to anyone coming to Riva, it’s definitely worth the visit!

Highly recommended, we were treated wonderfully. The atmosphere was comfortable, the meals were served with kindness, and the staff was available to explain each dish. The food was excellent, even the desserts. The owner made us feel at home and welcomed.

A charming little restaurant in the center of Riva del Garda, with excellent cuisine and very friendly staff.

Every dish we ate at the Osteria was a true culinary delight! Valentin and his team develop many new ideas, always with a connection to regional cuisine, test them out, and then present them to their guests. We were thrilled and are already looking forward to our next visit on New Year's Day 2026.
