Interesting experience, I had an appetizer, a chicken galantine with giardiniera, and a first course "with our harvest", a vegetable-based pasta that really amazed me with the aromas and flavors of the herbs used! The desserts are also delicious. It was fun to photograph the dishes because they were so beautiful. The environment is elegant with a retro taste! Compliments to the chef and dining room staff!

Ristorante presente nella guida Michelin, e devo dire che non delude le aspettative, anzi, si coglie la ricerca in ogni piatto, ma si coglie altresì la conoscenza e l’attaccamento al territorio. Gentilissima e molto preparata la signora in sala. Peccato abitare a 500 km di distanza

The food was excellent. We had dinner at Ophis while staying in Ascoli Piceno. I cannot recommend enough. Both the food and the service were amazing. We did the tasting menu and certainly left full.

Driving a few hours on the motorway and saying that it was worth it gives a good idea of ​​the level of haute cuisine that I found here. We are in Offida, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, precisely in the Marche region and the Chef's cuisine is sensational and attention is paid to the smallest details and the ingredients used for each sauce and course. The aesthetically well presented but even more unique and tasty dishes left intense sensations in the mind. Excellent and trained dining staff, refined environments and stunning prices for all the work that went into every detail and the excellent quality.

11/07/2024: Historic bar, here since 1960. Giacomo is a mine of anecdotes and desire to live. The coffee is delicious and costs only €1. To try.

09/06/2024: The food was fine, the wine was great, it was not expensive, and finally the service was more than good.
21/05/2024: Light, bright and welcoming. Very comfortable seating in a small but modern dining room. Maybe the most friendly service in all of Italy. Offers a nice wine list with many local selections. Food was great, not too fancy but delicious. Great bread and salads, olives are a must try. Pasta with local mushroom was a delight.
