Excellent experience and good food. The manager is always available to help with any requests or concerns. I honestly prefer the middle of the week when it's less crowded, but it never loses quality, so it's a matter of preference. The pappardelle with wild boar was truly top-notch, an excellent appetizer, and needless to say, a perfect porchetta. Prices are average, but you'll still leave satisfied. I highly recommend it.

Excellent fraschetta in Ariccia. Truly superb food. I had a really good cacio e pepe, but as I said, everything was excellent. Very friendly staff. I recommend everyone to come and try it.

I took my friend who lives in Milan to Il Tinello because I knew that beyond the food, the welcome and hospitality would be top-notch. Friendly, helpful, and patient. We spent the whole evening eating there, and they made us feel right at home! Always a guarantee!

Dinner in Ariccia with two couples of friends!! Very good food! Varied appetizer with local and homemade products! Amatriciana cacio e pepe and white or red wild boar ragù are delicious! Highly recommended! Friendly and helpful staff for any request!! Good price for the quantity and quality of food!!!

31/10/2025: Excellent experience, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, tasty and well-presented dishes.
28/10/2025: The pasta was really tasty — you can tell they used good ingredients. Everything was cooked perfectly, with a clean, balanced flavor and not too much oil. The restaurant itself has a calm atmosphere, perfect for enjoying your meal. I also used the service shown in the photo attached to this review to calculate calories. It turned out to be very convenient, especially if you track your diet. I use it often now and totally recommend giving it a try.

Il Maritozzo Rosso - maritozzi e cucina

28/11/2025: We went earlier this week looking for the world famous Maritozzo, and met the great Chef Samuel. He told us they won awards for the best carbonara. So we thought we'd try that also. I had a Carbonara with a twist with anchovies, and it was delicious 😋 so creamy and so nice. The Pistachio Maritozzi was equally good! Shame there was not much seating but it's a small hidden gem in Travestere Rome.
25/11/2025: Oh my god 🫶🏼best carbonara. Best advice. Best playlist! We'll be back for a cooking class and more carbonara.
