Welcoming place. Excellent cleanliness.
Eugenio, the waiter, is a truly exceptional and very friendly person. He reminds me of home with an old uncle.
We ate delicious polenta, cacio e pepe, and a delicious appetizer.
The prices are ridiculously low.
I challenge anyone to find a cleaner bathroom.
Everything inside is very nice, from the staff to the owners.
I've tried the other restaurants next door, including some that participated in the four restaurants. Leave all hope behind.
If you find yourself in Ariccia, try it. It's the best in the Castelli Romani.

We dropped in one evening by chance for dinner... and returned every night of our stay in Ariccia... a simple, welcoming, and familiar place, with super kind and friendly staff. The restaurant isn't huge, but it's also suitable for large groups. The portions are generous, both for the rich appetizers featuring quality ingredients (various cured meats, mozzarella, porchetta, artichokes, olives, cabbage, tomato bruschetta, and more), and for the first courses, especially the cacio e pepe with mint and lemon. Good value. Family-run, with professional service from Giulia, Alessia, and Lucio.
