20/08/2025: Pizza with different doughs and flavors that aren't banal; in fact, there's a significant variety. The place isn't very big, so reservations are recommended. The prices are a little above average, but it's worth it.
The staff is friendly. We went on a weekend, and service was a bit slow given the large crowd. But obviously, everyone is aware of this, so just wait.

Food: We ordered two farinatas, excellent, generous portions, and reasonable prices. The ingredients were excellent, and the farinata was excellent (not up to the standards of "del cavaliere" on Corso Giulio or "di Loiero" on Via Borgaro). FARINATA RATING: 8. We then ordered two pan pizzas. If I'd eaten them frozen at home, it might have been better. The mixed dough tasted like stale whole wheat bread, and the pizza, in my opinion, was decidedly undercooked! PIZZA PAN RATING: 4.
Service: As soon as we entered the restaurant, we didn't feel the warmth you'd expect from "high-end" establishments. After a briefing between two young men, clearly novices, reminiscent of a World Cup final penalty shootout, they seated us in a very nice and cool outdoor glass-fronted room. The menus never arrived, and after the waiter kept coming back and forth two or three times, I had to stop him to ask for our order (without a menu, so without knowing the price, etc.). As for the rest, the service, aside from various cutlery and Other items fell out, everything was normal. SERVICE RATING: 5
Ambience: Where we were seated, a very beautiful and elegant glass-fronted outdoor terrace with generous spaces, we had a great time. However, when we entered the pizzeria to pay, it felt a bit warm, so if we had eaten inside, I don't think I would have even finished dinner. AMBIENCE RATING: 6
