Incredible experience. From the window I was attracted by the round table with the arc lamp: the environment is made very intimate despite the impressive height of the ceilings. From a culinary point of view, I believe that the chef should call you: all the dishes are a pleasure for the palate and a marvel for the sight. Welcoming and professional staff. They could get away with it but when the bill arrives they are very honest. If they continue like this they will always have a full place. Thanks guys, I would have licked all the plates but I'm a lady of a certain age.

We had an excellent meal here to round off our family holiday. Great service with a local wine recommendation. Very nice food including an exceptional Bistecca alla Fiorentina to share. Would certainly hope to visit again some day!

We had a great evening and dinner here. The service was great, and they took the time to explain the sources and local specifics of the food and wine.
We had the cheese plate with marmalades (fantastic), the beef brains (beautifully breaded and delicious), two pastas, the Florentine steak (huge, but nicely cooked and served), and turbot filet. We were impressed by it all!
Try the red wine from Lucca sold by the glass - it was quite nice!
It was also nice to sit in an air-conditioned space on a hot July day!

Osteria Nova offered us one of the best gastronomic experiences throughout our Italian trip from Milan to Rome. We were surprised with their culinary magic, overloading our brains with new flavors like rice chips with house mayonnaise, fried beef brain, and ravioli stuffed with quail, tagliolini with black truffles, topping the experience with bistecca alla fiorentina and some deserts from an alien planet.

Locale molto carino e accogliente. Personale molto gentile e servizio veloce. Cibo molto buono, forse per i miei gusti un po’ troppo saporito ma buono . Il prezzo a mio parere un po’ alto ma senza dubbio ci tornerei.

Loved it. We got liver mousse and the cheese plate to start, and quail tortellini and calamari gnocchi to follow. Everything we ordered was so good we couldn’t even pick a favorite or least favorite. They gave us a complimentary beet and cheese something or other and while I normally hate beets it was delicious! Apple tart for dessert was great too. I wish I lived there, I’d eat there every week.
